Key Performance Areas:

• Performance of high-quality repairs and routine maintenance, as directed, to a wide range of Company assets, including but not limited to Buildings, Plant, Machinery, Furniture, Equipment and Facilities. Performance of refurbishment as well as other projects, including construction. Provides support to the Handyman in all aspects of the technical / mechanical side of the resort functions. The successful candidate must be prepared to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, overtime, and stand-by duties.

Key Competencies & Personal Attributes:

• Previous experience in a similar maintenance position (especially in the Hospitality Industry)
• Proven practical knowledge of general maintenance principles.
• Diagnostic & troubleshooting skills.
• Specialist maintenance skills a distinct advantage
• Valid code B driver’s licence a distinct advantage
• Ability to work under pressure either as part of a team or as an individual.
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn & grow with the organization.

Key Performance Areas:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests to the property and assisting guests with their luggage on arrival as well as assisting departing guests with same. You will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times, and that all guest requests are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner.
• In addition to assisting guests with luggage, Porters are also responsible for the collection & delivery of goods and messages, providing guests with directions and information as well as assisting with any other occasional tasks assigned. Porters will also ensure that the reception area is always clean, tidy and is properly supplied.

• Be physically fit & be able to lift & cart heavy objects
• To be present at the Reception area & be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested

• The Social Media Content Creator and Editor is responsible for creating, editing, and managing high-quality content that engages our audience, drives traffic, and enhances our online presence for all the brand across the company. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in producing content that aligns with our brand values and marketing objectives.

Key Performance Areas:

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Develop and implement content acquisition plans and sources as required.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, vlogs, blogs, videos, graphics, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to optimise content strategy.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and content creation.
• Assist in the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Editor, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your content creation and editing skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
