    Senior Cook – Kiara Lodge

    Key Performance Areas:

    • You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to our guests and customers. You will need to be creative, develop new dishes, determine specials of the day, and put together a menu that feels fresh and exciting to our guests.
    • Assist with all food production within the kitchen, to include special events, party catering and functions; also assisting with menu development and planning; including creating new dishes and offering ideas for seasonal menus to cater for individual functions or daily menus.
    • Assist in the ordering, storage, control and management of all stock, according to regulations and administrative procedures.
    • To comply with all current Health & Safety and food hygiene regulations and to ensure the health, safety and enjoyment of visitors whilst using our food service facilities.
    • Assist with all aspects of daily, weekly and monthly cleaning of the kitchen, equipment and other food service areas; ensuring that all checklists are completed and high levels of hygiene standards are maintained.
    • Ensure supplies are correctly received and stored
    • To deal with complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
    • To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene at all times.
    • Ensure that you are aware of the fire and emergency procedures.
    • To work overtime where necessary
    • Alert management of unacceptable behaviour.
    • Adhere to timing standards for products and services

    Key Competencies & Personal Attributes:

    • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Excellent communication and organization skills
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Dedicated to food quality and control
    • Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
    • Work shifts, on public holidays, weekends and during high seasonal periods.

    Spa Coordinator – Hazyview Cabanas

    Key Performance Areas:

    • The Beekman Group is seeking a professional and service-driven Spa Coordinator to join our Body Bliss Day Spa operations. This is a front-of-house, non-treatment role responsible for coordinating daily spa operations, optimising guest experience, and supporting commercial performance.
    • This role is ideal for a candidate who is highly organised, guest-centric, and confident in managing bookings, sales, stock, and team coordination within a premium hospitality environment.

    Key Competencies & Personal Attributes:

    • Manage all telephonic, online, and walk-in spa enquiries professionally and timeously
    • Coordinate and confirm client bookings via spa booking systems
    • Provide accurate information on treatments, products, and promotions
    • Ensure a seamless end-to-end guest journey
    • Drive retail and treatment sales in line with monthly targets
    • Support upselling initiatives and promotional campaigns
    • Maintain high merchandising and display standards
    • Maintain optimal stock levels for retail and treatment products
    • Conduct stock counts, manage variances, and control wastage
    • Place supplier orders and manage deliveries and stock rotation
    • Ensure accurate capturing on booking and POS systems
    • Manage daily cash-ups and POS reconciliations
    • Prepare and submit operational reports (mid-month and month-end)
    • Support financial controls and internal compliance requirements
    • Coordinate daily therapist schedules and booking allocations
    • Prepare duty rosters to ensure adequate operational coverage
    • Promote a professional, service-driven, and collaborative team culture
    • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation
    • Conduct routine inspections of spa reception, retail, and treatment areas
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

    • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Matric (essential); relevant qualification advantageous
    • 2–3 years’ experience in spa, hospitality, or similar role
    • Experience with booking systems and POS
    • Strong customer service, sales, and administrative skills
    • Stock control and cash handling experience
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
