Job Description

- We are looking for a detail‑oriented and technically capable Business Intelligence Support Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between the BI team and business stakeholders, ensuring reporting solutions, data pipelines, and dashboards are accurate, reliable, and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑ and second‑line support for RI, Retail Home and reporting platforms, diagnosing and resolving data or access issues promptly
