    Senior Graphic Designer

    Purpose of the role:

    The purpose of the role is to provide a graphic design service to the Eduvos Marketing Team.

    Minimum qualifications required:

    • Relevant Bachelor's degree
    • Master's in relevant field will be advantageous

    Minimum experience required:

    • At least eight to ten years of experience designing marketing assets, including brand design, digital advertising, websites, out of home, etc. 
    • Must have experience in managing the end to design process, from concept to implementation
    • Coaching experience will be advantageous

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    Responsibilities:

    As the Senior Graphic Designer you will be primarily responsible for the following:

    • All Eduvos branded assets, from concept to implementation
    • Design marketing assets for university partner brands, including landing pages, websites, advertising, emails, presentations, print collateral and brand identity manuals, out of home, etc in line with campaign goals and brand identity
    • New program launches and the creation of brand style guides
    • Coaching and mentoring
    • QA design deliverables as needed
    • Research current design trends and techniques to enhance our visual communication
    • Manage multiple projects

    • Demonstrate breadth of experience and solid design skills with a strong portfolio
    • Experience creating and maintaining brand guidelines across multiple channels

    • A discerning eye for branding aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail
    • Ability to find creative, unique solutions

    Customer Relationship Marketer - Mbombela

    The Position:

    We are looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Marketer to manage, maintain and grow key accounts (schools) and to generate leads. The role will report to a Sales Manager.

    Minimum qualification:

    • Relevant undergraduate degree such as commerce, education, social sciences or marketing.

    Experience:

    • Higher education experience will be advantageous.

    Functional and technical competencies:

    • Product knowledge (to be acquired after appointment).
    • Well-developed MS office skills (Excel essential).
    • Proven experience to manage and track daily, monthly and annual targets.
    • Great presentation skills.

    Other requirements:

    • Mostly on the road to visit schools - must be able to travel locally.
    • Valid driver’s license and own transport is essential.
    • Able to work some weekends and some evenings.

    • Initiate and facilitate/ (lead generation activities (presentations, events, etc.).
    • Facilitate early school interventions (with a long-term business development focus).
