    Job Description

    • Job Overview Spur Corporation is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Freelance Art Director to collaborate with our in-house design team. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our brands and marketing assets, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand’s values, positioning, and memorable dining experiences. 

    Job Requirements
    Key Responsibilities

    • Visual concept development. Create and develop visual concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
    • Team leadership. Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring a collaborative and productive working environment.
    • Project management. Oversee the production of visual assets, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
    • Client collaboration. Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling visual solutions.

    • Trend analysis. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the creative process where relevant.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as an art director or in a similar creative role.
    • Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and brand identity.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex visual challenges.
    • 5+ years of experience in design, advertising, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
    • A degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field is preferred.

    Marketing Coordinator

    Job Description

    • The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing and brand initiatives aligned with Spur Corporation’s standards and values. 

    Job Requirements
    Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand Support

    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of national and local marketing campaigns in line with Spur Corporation brand guidelines.
    • Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all marketing materials, platforms, and franchise communications.
    • Coordinate promotional calendars, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

    Franchise & Stakeholder Coordination

    • Act as a liaison between head office, franchisees, suppliers, and agencies.
    • Support franchisees with marketing toolkits, promotional guidelines, and campaign execution.
    • Respond to franchise marketing queries and provide ongoing support.

    Digital & Social Media Support

    • Assist with content planning and coordination for social media, website updates, and digital campaigns.
    • Monitor social media engagement and escalate customer feedback or brand-related issues where necessary.
    • Support basic reporting on digital performance and campaign outcomes.

    Campaign Administration & Reporting

    • Coordinate campaign timelines, artwork approvals, and distribution of marketing materials.

    Operations Manager

    Job Description

    • The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimising the day-to-day operations of assigned restaurants or franchise units to ensure consistent delivery of brand standards, operational efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer experience in line with company and Spur Corporation–style franchise requirements.

    Operational Excellence

    • Oversee daily operations across allocated restaurants or franchise units to ensure compliance with brand, operational, and food safety standards.
    • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency and efficiency.
    • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.

    Financial & Performance Management

    • Monitor key performance indicators including sales, cost of sales, labour, stock control, and profitability.
    • Analyse financial reports and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
    • Support franchisees and managers with budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.

    People Management & Development

    • Lead, coach, and support Restaurant General Managers and management teams.
    • Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning.

    Franchise & Stakeholder Management

    • Act as the primary operational liaison between head office and franchisees.
