    Project Manager

    Minimum Requirements

    • 5–8 years’ experience in a Project Manager or Senior Site/Construction Manager role within construction, engineering, or renewable energy environments
    • Proven experience delivering solar, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects (utility-scale solar preferred)
    • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
    • Registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) preferably
    • Working knowledge of Construction Computer Software (CCS) project management systems
    • Project Management certification (PMP/Prince2 or equivalent) advantageous
    • Experience managing contracts, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams
    • Strong financial and commercial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
    • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (MS Project or similar)
    • Willingness to be site-based in Zimbabwe and travel as required

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the full delivery of the solar plant project
    • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
    • Ensure delivery within agreed timelines, cost parameters, and quality standards
    • Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract performance
    • Manage site construction activities and technical teams
    • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
    • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
    • Provide regular reporting to senior management and stakeholders
    • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Support project commissioning, testing, and successful handover

    Junior Accountant

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles (advantageous but not essential)
    • 2–4 years’ relevant accounting experience
    • Fast and accurate processing in in multi-currency ledgers under strict time constraints
    • Experience working in a multi-entity and multi-currency environment is advantageous
    • Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel required)
    • Knowledge of ERP systems (Buildsmart)Knowledge and Skills
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
    • Experience with reconciliations (bank, intercompany, creditors, debtors, fixed assets)
    • Ability to assist with month-end and year-end processes
    • Understanding of VAT and tax compliance requirements
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work across regional teamsKey Responsibilities
    • Prepare and process journal entries
    • Perform monthly reconciliations (bank, general ledger, intercompany)
    • Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts
    • Support regional reporting across African operations
    • Assist with statutory and tax compliance requirements
    • Support audit preparation and provide required documentation
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
    • Provide financial administration support to regional finance teams

    Senior Accountant - JHB

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (BCom Accounting or equivalent)
    • Professional qualification CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, or similar advantageous
    • 5–10 years’ relevant accounting experience, preferably in construction or engineering environments
    • Fast and accurate processing in in multi-currency ledgers under strict time constraints
    • Managing multi-country and multi-currency financial reporting
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax compliance across several African countries
    • Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for Africa operations
    • Prepare and review management accounts and financial statements
    • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for regional entities
    • Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
    • Manage intercompany transactions and consolidations
    • Partner with commercial and operational teams to support financial decision-making
    • Strengthen financial controls and governance across the region
    • Support strategic growth initiatives and regional expansion

    Commercial Director - JHB

    Minimum Requirements

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Law, or related field
    • Postgraduate qualification in Commercial Management or MBA would be an added advantage
    • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior commercial or quantity surveying role
    • SA Council of the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) registration is advantageous
    • Extensive experience within construction, engineering, or large-scale project environments
    • Proven experience managing multi-site and cross-border projects across Africa
    • Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, JBCC or similar contract forms
    • Willingness and ability to travel across African operations as required
    • Advanced proficiency in Buildsmart and MS Office (particularly Excel)
    • In depth knowledge of Construction Computer Software (CCS)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee commercial management across regional projects
    • Provide commercial input during tendering and bid evaluation processes
    • Review and negotiate contracts with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring alignment with company risk appetite and compliance with project specifications and legal requirements
    • Manage contract administration including variations, claims, and dispute resolution
    • Monitor project commercial performance and margin optimisation
    • Ensure effective cost control and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle
    • Oversee subcontractor commercial management and payment certifications
    • Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure accurate commercial reporting
    • Identify and mitigate commercial risks across projects
    • Strengthen commercial governance, policies, and controls across the region
    • Support strategic growth initiatives and expansion across Africa
