    Area Growth Manager (Zeerust) (North West)

    Responsibilities:

    • Growing the Flash footprint in the area through all Sales Channels assigned to the sales team
    • To increase the growth of Flash device sales into the market - in turn growing the turnover in the region. Increase overall turnover of all devices and payment channels in line with the department’s strategy and targets.
    • To increase the aqquiting base and turnover by maintaining a high adoption rate when placing Flash devices.
    • Ensure training of all flash products are done at the stores during every visit
    • Manage relationships and maintaining a 90% Red Flag completed calls within the sector to decrease churn.
    • Supporting Kiosk Environment in line with agreed upon structures set in place. Maintaining the necessary relationships with all Kiosk Stakeholders in your region.
    • Map and Geo locate your Trader database to ensure database accuracy.

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 2 to 3 years sales experience or field operation experience
    • Grade 12
    • Read, speak and write in English
    • Fully computer literate (Teams and Excel)
    • Driver’s license required

    QA Software Test Engineer (Western Cape)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Design and develop both manual and automated test cases in adherence to established standards.
    • Offer insights and feedback to refine and enhance quality assurance standards.
    • Conduct thorough problem-solving and root cause analysis to address defects effectively.
    • Track defects from discovery through resolution, ensuring timely closure.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA organization.
    • Stay updated on emerging testing tools and technologies, researching and evaluating their applicability.
    • Incorporate quality testing principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
    • Develop and maintain robust testing frameworks to support comprehensive test coverage.

    Requirements

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5-8 years’ experience in a testing or similar role
    • ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Qualification 
    • Experience in project management & QA methodology

    TECHNICAL SKILLS:

    • Manual testing
    • Understanding of the SDLC and how QA fits into the process
    • Experience in using industry standard test management tools (e.g. JIRA / Zephyr, Confluence, DevOps)
    • API or Mobile device testing experience
    • Knowledge of IT and basic SQL skills
    • Has knowledge of QA and bug testing tools and testing methodologies
    • Working knowledge of test management software
    • Basic test case scripting
    • Understands test automation frameworks and tests
    • Basic knowledge of SQL query and data analysis level

    Snr Software Developer (Full Stack & Amp; Kafka) (Western Cape)

    Description

    Day to day responsibilities will include:

    • Use your experience to assist different solve complex technical problems across different teams and tech stacks
    • Support and enhancement of an established, multi-faceted technology platform, and associated 3rd party integrations.
