    Fuel Station Operations Manager: Colesberg, Northern Cape

    Desired experience and qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Operations Management role within the fuel industry
    • Strong understanding of forecourt operations, fuel reconciliation, and stock control
    • Excellent Excel skills with experience in reporting, analysis, scheduling, and tracking performance
    • Experience managing high-volume cash operations and fuel systems (PDI / Dover Fueling Solutions experience advantageous)
    • Strong leadership ability with a hands-on, team-focused approach
    • Strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence
    • Must be flexible to work shifts and be available to work weekends
    • Must be willing to relocate to Colesberg (spouse and children must be willing to relocate to Colesberg after 4 months)

    Duties and Responsibilities will include:

    • Oversee and manage daily forecourt and retail operations
    • Drive operational efficiency and maintain high performance standards
    • Identify, analyse, and reduce shortages through effective stock control, loss prevention, and wet stock management
    • Ensure accurate reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking using Excel
    • Lead, coach, and develop staff through ongoing training and performance management
    • Maintain exceptional customer service standards across all customer-facing areas
    • Manage cash control processes and back-office administration
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
    • Implement and maintain strong Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (HSSE) standards

    SARS & eFiling Administrator / Bookkeeper: Bloemfontein

    Desired experience and qualifications:

    • Matric
    • Extensive SARS eFiling experience is essential
    • Strong knowledge of SARS processes
    • Fluent in Afrikaans and English (Written & verbal)

    Duties and Responsibilities will include:

    • Managing all SARS eFiling functions for clients
    • Submitting IT14, IT3, EMP201, and other SARS returns
    • Handling and responding to SARS correspondence
    • Managing SARS queries and administrative matters
    • Processing financial transactions and other accounting-related tasks when workload permits

    JNR Financial Processing Clerk: Bloemfontein

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
    • Previous experience in an accounting firm will be advantageous
    • Experience working on Sage One, Pastel, Xero, or similar accounting software
    • Good understanding of basic accounting principles
    • Ability to process transactions accurately up to Trial Balance
    • Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills
    • Fluent in Afrikaans & English (speak, read and write)

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Capture and process source documents on accounting software
    • Process debtors and creditors transactions accurately
    • Allocate expenses to the correct general ledger accounts (e.g., fuel slips, repairs, office expenses, etc.)
    • Process supplier invoices and supporting documentation
    • Perform bank reconciliations
    • Reconcile debtor and creditor accounts
    • Follow up on outstanding invoices and supporting documents from clients
    • Assist with monthly accounting processing up to Trial Balance
    • Capture cashbooks and maintain accurate financial records
    • Ensure all financial information is processed accurately and timeously
    • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems
    • Assist accountants with ad hoc accounting and administrative duties
    • Liaise with clients regarding outstanding information and accounting queries
