    Dealership Accounts Executive

    Purpose of position:

    • Driving insurance sales through dealership leads while building strong relationships and exceeding targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Selling short term insurance policies from dealership leads
    • Maintain current relationships with dealership network as well as develop and grow new business
    • Conducting needs analyses to understand customer requirements
    • Meeting set KPI’s
    • Going the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and to obtain referral sales

    Requirements:

    • Must have own reliable transport
    • Willing to travel and sleep out

    Operations Assistant

    Purpose of position:

    • Assisting the sales and client services teams with all required administrative duties.

    Responsibilities:

    • Performing various administrative duties including, but not limited to, filing, scanning, printing, etc., as and when required
    • Ensuring that all required purchases are made for sales drives, special events, meetings, and ad hoc events
    • Assisting with arrangements for sales and client services floor events, quarterly awards and sales drives
    • Assisting the operations team during recruitment drives and onboarding
    • Updating compliance information and sheets for new staff
    • Keeping record of voucher sheets and updating the Wall of Recognition
    • Monitoring staff attendance

    Requirements:
