    Territory Sales Representative - Southern Africa Region

    • This role is part of the Customer Facing team, the engine of our business—driving growth by delivering tailored, territory-specific solutions that solve customer pain points, accelerate decision-making, and enable profitable sales execution.

    Role Definition:

    • Manages dealers' relationships to market company products and services and assists in the development of dealer sales capability.

    What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

    • Understanding of business model and acting within the business process guidance on review and approval for variance programs and commercial actions
    • Designing and assisting dealers on the forecast, sales/rental/used strategy planning, and sales techniques; supporting the rollout of new products
    • Performing regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensuring implementation of corrective actions where needed
    • Presenting products or services for stakeholders, answering any customer questions, and addressing their needs

    What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills):

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management or Commercial roles with proven sales track record.

    Senior Credit Analyst

    Role Summary:

    • Our team at Financial Products Division (FPD) is looking for a highly skilled and analytical Senior Credit Analyst to join our dynamic team in South Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating commercial loan applications by assessing creditworthiness, reviewing credit histories, and performing comprehensive financial statement analyses. Your insights and expertise will be instrumental in making sound credit decisions that align with our company lending policies risk appetite.

    Responsibilities

    • Reviews the credit history, profitability and liquidity of clients to assess the risk level involved in credit extension or money lending.
    • Consults with customers to verify financial and credit transactions; responds to customer inquiries and resolves customer complaints.
    • Communicates with credit associations and other relevant authorities about the credit history of customers.
    • Analyses financial data to determine customers' financial status and the expected profitability of commercial loans; recommends approval or denial of loan applications.

    Skill You Will Have:

    • Finance and Accounting: Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

    • A completed BCom degree in Finance, Credit or a related field of study.
    • 4 years minimum experience in a similar position.
    • Excellent knowledge and experience of credit process, and the ability to analyze customer financial statements and assessing credit worthiness

    Site Solutions Representative - Southern Africa

    Role Definition:

    • Supports go-to-market initiatives, and sales execution as a subject matter expert of assigned products and services.

    What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

    • Providing product application expertise at point of sale, or by delivering various types of product training including applied technology, job efficiency, and safety to customers, company and dealers' sales personnel.
    • Conduct product performance studies, assess customer job sites efficiency, collecting product and customer requirements in order to create input for product improvement process and new product introduction program.
    • Manages the marketing technology tools/systems and works with key stakeholders to develop a marketing technology product roadmap to drive business growth.

    What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills):

    • 1 – 3 years of experience in Mining Engineering or Civil Engineering
    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mining, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering. Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Must be able to understand customer application on site
    • Proven track record of successful mining or construction projects is a plus
    • Demonstrated expertise and experience working in emerging market and regions
