    Key Accounts Manager NP

    Position Summary

    A day in the life of Key Accounts Manager:

    • Build complete Customer Plan to drive the overall business
    • Execute plans for assigned Account (s) that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies
    • Facilitate excellence in execution in daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.

    Marketing Effectiveness Specialist

    Position Summary

    • Owns the Marketing Effectiveness Programme.  Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of marketing investments. Partners with cross functional teams to ensure brand and portfolio strategies are aligned. Responsible for the marketing ROI programme as a priority and implementing the programme in market. This includes, but is not limited to, upskilling cross functional teams on the programme.

    A day in the life of the Marketing Effectiveness Specialist:

    Program management in market:

    • Collaborate closely with the data quality lead in identifying the type of data needed to be further input to the model.
    • Recommend additional data to be acquired to increase the accuracy of the model if needed.
    • Work closely with the analytics service line hub to deliver the planned Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) across the brand portfolios by being their spokesperson in the market, bringing local expertise related to data specificities, business activities and category/brand specificities.
    • Co-lead the model validation to ensure high quality and explain ability of the model.
    • Assume responsibility as subject matter expert locally in evangelizing MMM methodology /benefits associated, demonstrate the capabilities of predictive models in specific trainings as needed and respond to questions from internal stakeholders.
    • Support the embedding of effectiveness metrics in the various business process.

    Data to insights:

    • Support the brand teams in turning model results from the app into concrete insights related to activations effectiveness overall (trade & consumer promotions, media and CRM and detailed campaign optimization).
    • Collaborate with media agencies to make them familiar with the learnings and partner closely with them to integrate them into their media plan recommendations.
    • Identify meta learnings at market level in terms of portfolio choice, activation mechanics and media channels/plans in terms of effectiveness associated with brand objective.
    • Work closely with the insights team to ensure that all insights learnings are effectively utilised to get the most out of the programme.
    • Market value realization
    • Effectively communicate status and progress of the program to global and local leadership teams and various stakeholders.
    • Project management of the programme.
    • Track and report overall effectiveness of the program through specific KPIs

    Market Share Forecasting & Modelling

    • Produce monthly market share forecasts for all key brands and categories using historic trends, accuracy benchmarks, NPD assumptions, seasonality patterns and pricing.
    • Maintain high forecast accuracy (e.g., 90–99%) by continually refining models and validating assumptions using up-to-date data.
    • Build scenario-based market share projections incorporating macroeconomic indicators, share of voice/share of market metrics, and competitor investment shifts.
    • Integrate future innovation pipelines, NPD performance, and portfolio changes into forecasting models.

    What will make you successful

    • BSc Data Science and Business or BCom in Mathematics or Data
    • A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience within a Sales/ Business/ Marketing Analyst or a Data Specialists in commercial functions or brands
    • Must understand data and be commercially savvy
    • Must have project management skills
    • Must understand marketing and media
    • Experienced partnering with cross-functional teams is required
    • Must be comfortable with doing presentations

    Millwright

    Position Summary

Perfection is at the heart of what we do, and our people are always looking for the next big idea to cement our status. We are now looking for Millwright to be based in Mossel Bay Factory. 
    • Millwright will be responsible to Install, maintain, and improve both electrical and mechanical equipment. Ensure efficient, safe operation of machinery by setting and adjusting devices to within allowed tolerances.

    A day in the life of a Millwright:

    • Complete the necessary administrative tasks for AMM, SHE, CDM and MDWT. 
    • Interact with production, Suppliers and contracting staff.
    • Coaching and mentoring of technical operators and apprentices. 
    • Carry out the planned maintenance required on plant. 
    • Incumbent must be pro-active and prevent breakdowns on his/her patrols and shows initiative to continuously improve equipment performance – condition-based maintenance. 
    • In both electrical and mechanical disciplines, install, service, repair and maintain existing and new equipment. 
    • Attend to electrical and mechanical faults/breakdowns within the factory. 
    • Basic troubleshooting on PLC’s and SCADA systems. 
    • Programming and faultfinding on VSD’’s and soft starters.
    • Programming and faultfinding on defined instrumentation and calibration. 
    • Root cause analysis of repetitive faults; implement corrective measures. 
    • Steer ‘Continuous Improvement’ teams to improve equipment reliability and performance 
    • Maintain high standard of work.
    • Ensure machine availability for production targets to be met.
    • Undertakes to work shift, standby and overtime as per company requirements. 
    • Electrical panels must be closed and always be locked and kept in a neat and clean condition complete with a set of built wiring diagrams. 
    • Always Adhering to Safe Working Permit procedures (e.g. confined space, working at height, hot work, LOTO etc.) 
    • Ensure any dangerous conditions to be made safe immediately. 
    • Ensure that during all work performed, food safety is never compromised. 
    • Correct errors on electrical and mechanical drawings, update accordingly. 
    • Alignment of goals to achieve NCE objectives.

    What will make you successful?

    • Millwright Trade Test Certificate
    • Basic working knowledge of PLC’s
    • 3-5 years’ experience in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
    • Preferably have a certificate of registration as an Installation Electrician
    • Served Apprenticeship and qualified with a Millwright Trade Test Certificate (Electro Mechanician).

    Medical Delegate Nutrition - North West

    Position Summary

    • To achieve volume growth market share by driving recommendation/ advocacy of Nestlé Infant Nutrition products with Health Care Professionals and Institutions as a trusted solution provider in his/her assigned territory. Responsible for ethically and science based building the image of and the role of Nestle Infant Nutrition products in the 1st 1000 days, in order to compliantly drive recommendation/advocacy /prescriptions for these products.

    A day in the life of a Nestle Infant Nutrition Medical Delegate:

    Product and concept detailing in the assigned territory

    • Apply Professional Negotiation Skills at an advanced level and use the appropriate product, concept knowledge and research to detail the NIN range to HCPs.

    Territory management

    • Manage the assigned territory of about 250 HCPs including HCI’s in assigned territory
    • Achievement of field force effectiveness as per Master data management/ HCP classification/ HCP and HCI segmentation, master schedule planning, HCP call rate, call strike rate and execution of territory action plans
    • Execution of “hybrid/remote interaction model”

    Compliance

    • Application of the Code Management system guiding compliance for all daily activities, to assist the leadership team to ensure that all activities within the team and region, comply with the WHO International Code for the marketing of Breastmilk substitutes, Nestle Instructions and the local Code.

    Advocacy:

    • Ensure increased advocacy towards Nestle Infant Nutrition products and Nestle Nutrition services, when detailing to HCP's and HCI’s, through applying the acquired functional competency skills and key account management
    • Seek and build strategic relationships with key contacts in both private and government sector
    • Driving recommendation / advocacy at an Institutional level and with Health Care Professionals

    What will make you successful

    • BSc Dietetics/ Nutrition or Nursing degree holder
    • 2 years’ experience in Medical Delegate role or a representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Experience with data management using a digital device and MS Excel intermediate experience required
    • Must have a valid/unendorsed driver’s license
    • Must be able to fluently in English
    • Must have good planning, organizing, communication and negotiation skills
    • Must be able to work independently, self-starter, solution orientated, adaptable and result driven
    • Must be willing to travel (including trips away from home)
    • Computer literate, MS Office, MS Excel intermediate level with data analysis experience
