    Job Overview:

    • To provide multidisciplinary engineering and operations skills in manufacturing factory to ensure general maintenance within specific unit of responsibility as per prescribed guidelines. This role requires a qualified artisan with a Millwright trade certificate and FMCG experience.
    • Ensure packing machines are correctly allocated and utilised to meet production requirements – change overs and settings according to OEM specifications.

    What we’re looking for:

    • Consumer Research: Lead ad-hoc consumer insights research projects providing input into the design, management of research agencies and key stakeholders autonomously, input into presentations and extract insight to leverage within the business, ensuring that recommendations from the research are implemented.
    • Brand performance evaluation/Post evaluation of marketing activities: Monitors brand equity and activities such as occasion tracking on a quarterly basis. Presenting back to the brand and commercial teams with recommendations to ensure we maintain and build our brands.

    What we’re looking for:

    • We are looking for a EHS Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team in Ladysmith.
