Purpose of the job

• Execute, maintain the strategy to manage suppliers, ensure the delivery of network services in line with agreed service levels for SITA key clients and ensure maximum value is received for the money that an organization pays to its suppliers.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Contract Document Administration.
• Contract & SLA Compliance Support.
• Ensure compliance with governance structures to avoid audit findings and irregular expenditure. Ensure that the defined governance structures and appropriate delegation of authority are included in all supplier contracts.
• Supplier Administration Monitor Supplier Performance on operation, maintenance and governance across the provisioning of the Wide Area Network to ensure. Maintain and update the supplier database, contracts, and documentation.
• Ensure effective management of resources (i.e., budget/finances, asset) within the Unit.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum: Grade 12 plus a Certificate in Office Administration /or Business Administration/ Corporate Communication/ Certificate in Financial Management at NQF level 4.
• Experience : 1 – 2 years working experience as Office Administration or Communication Management or Contract Management or Vendor Management field in a corporate/public sector organization.

Purpose of the job

• To manage and provide technical support, installation, customisation, configuration, administration and maintenance of various system software products as well as ensure a secure and stable environment for the user of Large Enterprise class.

Key Responsibility Areas

• To manage and prepare infrastructure for implantation and deployment.
• To manage, administrate and maintain system software and hardware.
• To provide user support.
• To report and communicate.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum: 3-year Higher National Diploma in IT / Degree in Computer Science/ NQF level 6 or a verified / certified alternative equivalent NQF Level 6 with the equivalent credits of a National Qualification + specialized or management certificate of competence.
• Experience: 6 - 7 years Hyper Converged Infrastructure and Window server experience with management responsibility on relevant Large Enterprise class server in a large corporate or public sector. Experience in the implementation of ICT solutions specifically within the relevant Large Enterprise class server environment.

Purpose of the job

• To lead the design, implementation, debugging, documentation, release and maintenance of software-based  solutions, write code and enhance software/systems in accordance with ICT standards and the enterprise architecture for Government.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Lead the design and development of new features for the software systems, and improvement of the existing ones;
• Implementation, debugging, documentation and release of the software solutions;
• Provide maintenance and enhancement support of the existing systems;
• Perform software systems coding assignments; and
• Supervision of the Software development team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum: 3 years National Higher Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in ICT (Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology and Engineering) or related field.
• Experience: 6 - 7 years’ experience with full software development lifecycle (SLDC), including solution development, operational responsibility in a large corporate/public sector organisation. The experience must include Experience in solution analysis, and development for the development, implementation and maintenance/enhancements of systems within the corporate/public sector, including: Successfully developed and implemented applications Software development team leadership competency Software development deliverable efford planning, estimations and execution management Developed efficient and effective IT solutions to diverse and complex business problems. Extensive experience with a wide variety of database management systems and maintenance. Extensive experience with a wide variety of programming languages and technologies. Extensive experience with working on multiple tasks and report status. Experience in interacting with customers. Knowledge and experience with one or more of the major programming languages: Java, C-Sharp (C#), Python, Javascript, HTML, etc. Experience with one or more of the major database systems: Oracle, MySQL, MsSQL, etc.
