REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or Law
• Postgraduate tax qualification or equivalent specialist accreditation
• Membership of a relevant accounting, legal or tax body
• At least 5 years’ relevant tax experience, covering tax advisory work, tax management and in-house tax experience within a multinational business
• Proven expertise in tax strategy, corporate structuring, and international compliance, with strong capability in managing audits, contracts, and intercompany funding

PURPOSE:

• To lead Insights & Client Enablement by delivering predictive scorecards, automated reporting, and AI-driven insights that drive collections excellence and connect outcomes with senior stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Postgraduate qualification (NQF Level 8+) in Business Intelligence, Strategy, Data Science, or Operations Management
• Certification in AI-enabled analytics platforms, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), or quality management frameworks
• 8+ years’ experience in collections strategy, business intelligence, or operational analytics
• Minimum 3 years in senior management or Head-level leadership
• Proven ability to deliver executive-level performance insights, lead QA frameworks in financial services, implement AI for workforce efficiency, manage blended human-AI models, analyze campaign and dialer performance across verticals, and govern scorecard-driven cadences for resource optimization
• Strong capability in AI-driven reporting, workforce and collections strategy design, governance frameworks, and resource optimization through data-led insights and executive storytelling
