PURPOSE:
- To lead Insights & Client Enablement by delivering predictive scorecards, automated reporting, and AI-driven insights that drive collections excellence and connect outcomes with senior stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Postgraduate qualification (NQF Level 8+) in Business Intelligence, Strategy, Data Science, or Operations Management
- Certification in AI-enabled analytics platforms, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), or quality management frameworks
- 8+ years’ experience in collections strategy, business intelligence, or operational analytics
- Minimum 3 years in senior management or Head-level leadership
- Proven ability to deliver executive-level performance insights, lead QA frameworks in financial services, implement AI for workforce efficiency, manage blended human-AI models, analyze campaign and dialer performance across verticals, and govern scorecard-driven cadences for resource optimization
- Strong capability in AI-driven reporting, workforce and collections strategy design, governance frameworks, and resource optimization through data-led insights and executive storytelling
