    Assistant Customer Marketing Manager: Food Service

    • You work with the customer marketing manager to support the selling activities across the portfolio for your assigned channel. Working in close collaboration with the Marketing, Customer and Operational teams, you need to achieve the category growth targets in your channel by turning brand strategies into commercial propositions.  You support the development of a differentiated shopper proposition and use your shopper understanding to deliver coordinated, innovative, cross-functional sales value to the customer.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    Support the execution of a channel strategy which is aligned to marketing (ATL & BTL), customer and business activities.

    • Assist Customer Marketing Manager in conducting analysis to develop a pricing strategy for all assigned channels that is linked to margin and volume delivery
    • Recommend activity that will meet promotional revenue objectives by tactic, price point, SKU, drive period & selling event for your assigned channel.
    • Ensure that pricing & promo activities are routinely compiled & communicated internally & externally.
    • Support and execute the POP and Route To Market Strategy in conjunction with your manager by category & sub-category which provides direction to the field operations team. Once the strategy has been developed work to monitor the effectiveness of implementation and adjust accordingly
    • Support the Customer Management and Sales Operations teams to deliver upon their category agreed targets for sales by assisting in the execution of the National Promotional Calendar Grid and Key Account promotional plans 
    • Work with the Customer Marketing Manager to set the Pricing Strategy and measure the effectiveness of the subsequent implementation.
    • Assistant in managing the variable marketing budget and tracking of spend
    • Source POS material by requesting quotes from POINT to generate Purchase Orders after Customer Marketing Manager approval of costs; place orders and ensure the physical goods received are as per quote and ensure that they are safely stored in the storeroom for distribution to teams as required.
    • Management of the storeroom and keeping of stock records timeously with a monthly report that includes the rand value of the stock.

    Customer Marketing Manager: Food Service

    • You are accountable for all the selling activities across the portfolio for your assigned category.     Group Safety Manager

    • The Group Safety Manager has overall responsibility for managing safety performance within the integrated supply chain and manage safety related initiatives. The role is also responsible to define and implement Safety policies and standards across the integrated supply chain by collaborating with site level SSE* coordinators / officers. This role will act and provide functional leadership for all site level SSE officers. This role is also responsible for developing the site level Safety Strategy and improvement plans along with site specific resources in order to achieve sustainable Safety excellence.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Define and deploy the group Safety strategy, policy and standards at the site to achieve firm’s target ensuring compliance to the country’s rules & regulations and other promulgated codes & standards
    • Responsible for the design & updating of a Tiger Brands Safety system leading to uniform standards within all sites; Design and drive implementation through Site SSE officers, firm’s organizational Safety policies and regulations to ensure a compliant safe and environment.
    • Monitor site legal compliance & provide advice on national Safety legislation requirements & implement relevant procedures and policies.
    • Work closely with Occupational Health personnel to identify & mitigate risks that may lead to occupational ill health. Advise line managers on all accident / incident investigations plus providing support on investigation on incidents reported to Workman’s Compensation Commissioner. 
    • Define with site leaders the process to be followed to develop and lead internal crisis committees and safety committee; Support the site leader in leading serious incident investigation and analysis.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of the TB Behavior Based Safety Program and drive deployment in the site. Influence senior management and drive safety and environmental leadership through line management.

    Pricing Manager: Milling & Pasta

    • You are accountable for the development & delivery of fact-based and holistically considered portfolio and pricing recommendations to the Managing Director / Customer Marketing Managers based on robust analytical projections of both interna business and external market/competitor sales, pricing , and profit dynamics. In addition, you have responsibility for pricing administration, and tracking pricing compliance alerying the business to deviations and associated commercial implications.

    Decision Tools & Analytical Modelling 

    • Integrate multiple disaggregated data sources to build a solid platform for decision making tools & robust analyses

    Senior Data Engineer

    • The Data Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and analytical data models that support the FMCG value chain. The role ensures reliable, high-quality data for reporting, planning, forecasting, supply chain visibility, commercial insights, and operational decision-making across the organization.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    Data Engineering & Integration

    • Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server and SSIS, following DevOps-aligned development practices.
    • Develop integration solutions across ERP, supply chain systems, trade promotion systems, and partner data feeds.
    • Implement automated testing, version control, and deployment using Azure DevOps Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts.

    Data Modelling & Warehousing

    • Design and optimize star schemas, fact tables, and conformed dimensions in SQL Server and SSAS.
    • Build and maintain SSAS Tabular models with proper partitioning, incremental refresh, and data security.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • 10+ years as a Data Engineer in a complex enterprise environment.
    • Expert in SQL Server (T-SQL, performance tuning, indexing, security).
    • Strong hands-on experience with SSIS, including complex ETL packages and optimization.
    • Strong ability with SSAS Tabular (Multidimensional advantageous).
