    Young Graduate: Mechanical Engineering

    • We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven graduate to gain hands-on experience in operations, commercial management, and network performance optimisation within a leading energy organisation

    Health, Safety, Environment (HSE)

    • Promote and support a strong safety-first culture across all operations
    • Ensure adherence to company HSE standards, policies, and applicable legislation
    • Identify and report safety risks and near-miss incidents
    • Support emergency response processes and escalate risks when required

    Operations & Engineering Support

    • Participate in engineering, production, and quality improvement projects
    • Conduct time and motion studies to improve efficiency and productivity
    • Support implementation of Lean and 5S methodologies across departments
    • Assist with Value Stream Mapping to identify and eliminate inefficiencies
    • Provide operational support during plant and performance improvement initiatives

    Commercial & Business Exposure

    • Support the management of dealer relationships and service station operations
    • Assist in monitoring performance indicators and identifying improvement opportunities
    • Contribute to operational and commercial decision-making processes
    • Gain exposure to contract management, financial performance, and site optimisation
