Job Summary

• This role involves managing and overseeing all administrative functions within EUM to ensure efficient office operations, accurate record keeping, and effective support to both clients and internal teams. The Admin Manager will lead the administrative staff, coordinate processes, and implement systems that drive operational excellence and compliance.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of EUM
• Supervise and guide administrative staff to ensure effective workflow and service delivery
• Ensure accurate record keeping, documentation, and compliance reporting
• Liaise with clients, service providers, and internal teams in a professional manner
• Coordinate schedules, bookings, and logistical arrangements
• Manage financial administration including invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting
• Implement and maintain effective administrative systems and procedures to drive efficiency

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Administration, Business Management, or related field (advantageous)
• Proven experience in office or administrative management, preferably in financial services or insurance
• Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems

Job Summary

• The Assistant Storeman will support the Storeman with day-to-day store operations, including helping with loading and off-loading trucks, keeping the work area neat and organised, and assisting with stock control.

• Assist with loading and off-loading of trucks
• Keep the work area clean and organised
• Help with monthly stock takes and inventory checks
• Work overtime when required

Job Summary

• This role involves driving parts sales, engaging customers, and supporting branch-level marketing initiatives to grow revenue and strengthen client relationships.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Promote parts and accessories to walk-in clients, farmers, and service teams
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with existing and potential clients
• Assist clients with product selection, pricing, and availability queries
• Follow up on quotations and convert leads into sales opportunities
• Implement marketing campaigns for parts and services, including seasonal promotions
• Create and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and digital content
• Collaborate with the marketing department to align branch-level promotions
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly
• Maintain updated knowledge of available parts, pricing, and technical specifications
• Liaise with the parts store and procurement to ensure stock availability
• Provide feedback on fast-moving or slow-moving items to support stock planning

Job Summary

• This role involves assisting customers in-store while ensuring products are well-merchandised and the store is kept neat and organised. The Merchandiser is also responsible for stock control, monthly stock counts, and carrying out additional duties as assigned by management.
