Job Description

• TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Marketer (Parts) within the Trade division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Job Summary

• This role involves driving parts sales, engaging customers, and supporting branch-level marketing initiatives to grow revenue and strengthen client relationships.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Promote parts and accessories to walk-in clients, farmers, and service teams
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with existing and potential clients
• Assist clients with product selection, pricing, and availability queries
• Follow up on quotations and convert leads into sales opportunities
• Implement marketing campaigns for parts and services, including seasonal promotions
• Create and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and digital content
• Collaborate with the marketing department to align branch-level promotions
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly
• Maintain updated knowledge of available parts, pricing, and technical specifications
• Liaise with the parts store and procurement to ensure stock availability
• Provide feedback on fast-moving or slow-moving items to support stock planning
• Process quotations, orders, and invoices accurately and efficiently
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems where applicable
• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on campaign performance 

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Sales (advantageous)
• Previous experience in parts sales, agricultural equipment, or technical sales
• Strong knowledge of parts, accessories, and stock management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Creative marketing and promotional skills
• Attention to detail and strong administrative capability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
