    Marketing Analyst

    Key Responsibilities

    Marketing Analytics & Insights

    • Collect, analyse, and interpret marketing data to support strategic decision-making.
    • Deliver timely, accurate, and meaningful reporting across digital channels.
    • Present actionable insights to stakeholders to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.

    Performance Monitoring & Optimisation

    • Track and analyse KPIs, ROI, CPL, and CPA across paid and organic channels.

    Customer Journey & Compliance

    • Align analytics with customer lifecycle stages in partnership with CRM and product teams.
    • Ensure all data and reporting practices comply with legal and regulatory standards.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with email, social, and offline marketing teams to ensure cohesive reporting and insights.
    • Support agency-managed campaigns with performance data and recommendations.

    Where you’ll work

    • Either remotely within South Africa or, at our office in the beautiful town of George in the heart of South Africa’s stunning Garden Route.
    • Working hours will be semi-aligned to the Australian time zone: 06:00 to15:00 SA time giving you more free time later in your day!

    Job Requirements
    Essential Skills & Experience

    • 5+ years in digital marketing analytics or performance marketing.
    • Experience managing and analysing large digital marketing budgets.
    • Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, SEO, and CRO strategies.
