    Registered Nurse -Hillcrest

    Summary

    • The Registered Nurse/Midwife will render and promote cost effective, safe quality patient care in accordance to hospital standards and policies. The objective of this position is to act as a clinical resource and leader in this speciality, performing functions at an advanced level of competence and consistence.     Group Case Manager

    Summary

    • The Group Case Manager will be responsible for the liaison between the Busamed hospitals and medical aids in order to secure payment for all hospital accounts.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
    • Diploma in General Nursing Qualification
    • ICD & CPT Coding certification will be required

    Work Experience

    • To engage and train all case managers in group on all aspects in their IPD

    • To upskill case managers by proving relevant coding courses, mentoring and coaching of case managers

    • To raise matters and communicate with funders on challenges arising in the case management space at Busamed hospitals

    Summary

    • Assuming the role of the head of the Hospital MANCO Team, the Hospital Manager will be responsible and accountable for the effective delivery of comprehensive quality healthcare service at the hospital.

    Work Experience

    • A minimum of 7 years extensive senior management experience in a private hospital, healthcare or hospitality environment is essential.
    • Previous Hospital Management experience will be advantageous.
    • Proven track record in strategy formulation and execution.
    • Good working experience of all relevant legislation and processes.
    • Understanding of financial principles and ability to interpret key financial information and trends.
    • Proven track record in Diversity and Relationship Management.
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential, working experience on SAP will be advantageous.

    Enrolled Nurse x2

    Summary

    • The Enrolled Nurse is responsible for direct and/or indirect nursing care of a patient or group of patients and functions under the direct and/or indirect supervision of the Registered Nurse in accordance with hospital standards and policies.
    • As a Professional Practitioner, the incumbent also is responsible for and is held accountable for his/her own acts and omissions.
