    Business Insights Manager

    Role Definition:

    • Leads one or more consulting engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend Strategy & Planning (S&P) solutions as a divisional lead or for a business segment.

    What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

    • Leads analyses and solution development for key S&P engagement module(s) as a divisional lead or for a business segment; performs more complex activities
    • Works closely with clients to define the business problem, issues and planned approach for one or more S&P engagement components as a divisional lead or for a business segment
    • Oversees performance of S&P engagement data collection, research and reporting activities and staff as a divisional lead or for a business segment. Coaches junior team members and clients
    • Provides recommended S&P solutions. Works with senior consultants / managers to develop and deliver client presentations as a divisional lead or for a business segment

    What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills):

    • Postgraduate qualification preferred
    • Minimum of 8–10 years of professional strategy related experience
    • Strong preference for candidates with management consulting experience.
    • Proven experience working within multinational organizations and across multiple territories

    Programs (Implementation) Manager

    • As the Programs (Implementation) Manager you will work on key strategic projects involving internal teams, dealers and/or customers to solve pressing business needs - both short and long term
    • Role Definition: Designs, implements, and maintains organizational programs in support of corporate strategy.

    What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

    • Organizing and coordinating processes and procedures for all project teams to follow within the program.
    • Serving as a liaison and building bridges among project teams within the program; translating corporate objectives into program objectives and practices.
    • Planning and monitoring program development to ensure that quality standards and goals are achieved.
    • Managing all aspects of an organizational program to ensure projects within the program are implemented, accepted and accomplished within a set deadline.

    What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills):

    • Postgraduate qualification preferred
    • PMP certification will be advantageous
    • Minimum of 8–10 years of commercial project or programs management experience - related to strategy implementation
    • Ability to lead and oversee project roll-outs with a clear understanding of phasing and governance standards.
    • Proven experience working within multinational organizations and across multiple territories
