    Asset Financing Consultant (Kathu)

    Job Purpose:

    • To establish and maintain customer and business relationships, render banking-related support services in order to promote and sell vehicle financing, pension backed home loans and other loan products (secured and unsecured loans) in  Kathu, and surrounding areas.

    Job Outputs:

    • Sales of vehicle financing, loans, related and value-adding products and up-selling & cross selling other iMasFinance products
    • Liaise with members/customers, employer groups, customers and dealerships
    • Conduct customer affordability and repayment ability assessments
    • Analyse customer financial position and recommend solutions
    • Conclude sales deals, process & finalize loan applications
    • Efficient and effective member/customer service delivery
    • Retain and maintain relationships with existing members/customers and stakeholders
    • Establish new member/customer and stakeholder relationships
    • Identify possible risk and communicate to relevant parties

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Matric with Mathematics and/or Accounting (Essential)
    • FSCA Relevant Qualification and Compliance (Essential)
    • Regulatory Examination (Recommended)
    • Valid Driver's License Code 8 (Essential)
    • Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)
    • 2 years’ experience within a financial/banking industry including vehicle/asset finance

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Communication, selling, negotiation, telephone and interpersonal skills
    • Working knowledge of financing products
    • Computer literacy (MS Office)

    IT Project Manager

    About the Role

    • iMasFinance Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT / business projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • All processes must be addressed across the project management lifecycle.
    • Ensure teams adhere to the project management framework and use the right tools, processes and reporting principles.
    • Define project objectives in line with business needs.
    • Plan, schedule, and track project milestones using appropriate tools.
    • Identify and manage project dependencies.
    • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.
    • Lead and motivate project teams while maintaining stakeholder engagement.
    • Implement and enforce project management methodologies.
    • Document project processes, progress reports, and risk assessments.
    • Possess a blend of technical understanding, strong communication skills, and effective project management abilities, including planning, execution, and risk management to successfully deploy projects.
    • Ensure smooth project closure with post-implementation reviews and documentation.

    Minimum Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Project Management qualification (PMBOK / Prince 2) – Essential
    • ITIL Certification – Desirable
    • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field – Desirable
    • MS Office Suite proficiency – Essential

    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in an IT environment.

    Job Purpose:

    • To establish and maintain customer and business relationships, render banking-related support services in order to promote and sell pension-backed home loans, other asset financing and loan products (i.e. secured and unsecured loans), and value added products through a contact  centre and other digital technologies.

    Job Outputs.

    • Sales of Pension-backed home loans and other asset financing and loan products, and value-adding products
    • Up-selling & cross-selling other iMasFinance products
    • Liaise with members/customers, employer groups, and other stakeholder in the value chain
    • Conduct customer affordability and repayment ability assessments
    • Analyse customer financial position and recommend solutions
    • Conclude sales deals, process & finalize loan applications
    • Identify possible risk and communicate to relevant parties
    • Efficient and effective member/customer service delivery and experience
    • Retain and maintain relationships with existing members/customers and stakeholders

    • FAIS Recognised Qualification or Certificate for Representatives (Essential)
    • Valid Driver's License Code 8 / Code EB (manual transmitted vehicle) (Essential)

    • 2 years’ operational experience within a financial/banking industry
