Asset Financing Consultant - Pension-Backed Home Loans (Contact Centre - Centurion) at iMasFinance

Job Purpose:

• To establish and maintain customer and business relationships, render banking-related support services in order to promote and sell pension-backed home loans, other asset financing and loan products (i.e. secured and unsecured loans), and value added products through a contact  centre and other digital technologies.

Job Outputs.

• Sales of Pension-backed home loans and other asset financing and loan products, and value-adding products
• Up-selling & cross-selling other iMasFinance products
• Liaise with members/customers, employer groups, and other stakeholder in the value chain
• Conduct customer affordability and repayment ability assessments
• Analyse customer financial position and recommend solutions
• Conclude sales deals, process & finalize loan applications
• Identify possible risk and communicate to relevant parties
• Efficient and effective member/customer service delivery and experience
• Retain and maintain relationships with existing members/customers and stakeholders
• Establish new member/customer and stakeholder relationships

Qualifications & Experience:

• Matric with Commercial and/or Accounting (Essential)
• FAIS Recognised Qualification or Certificate for Representatives (Essential)
• Valid Driver's License Code 8 / Code EB (manual transmitted vehicle) (Essential)
• Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)
• 2 years’ operational experience within a financial/banking industry

• Pension-backed loans, asset financing and other loan/financing/value adding products
• Understands Contact Centre and Digital Technology Sales

• Customer Retention processes and procedures
• Exceptional Financing knowledge 
• Applicable legislation in financial services industry e.g. FAIS and NCA knowledge
