    Virtual Sales Account Manager - ICT

    Key Responsibilities:

    Target Achievement:

    • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

    Cold Calling:

    • Acquire new clients through proactive outreach.
    • Upsell and cross-sell to maximize client value.
    • Maintain monthly contact with the customer base.
    • Focus strongly on generating new business.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Develop and nurture relationships with assigned and new clients.
    • Maintain and expand the existing client base.
    • Conduct thorough customer account analyses.
    • Regularly service and build client relationships.

    Query Management:

    • Identify, address, and resolve customer concerns and queries.
    • Provide feedback to customers within 24 hours.

    Reporting:

    • Submit weekly pipeline reports.
    • Provide daily activity and sales reports.
    • Deliver monthly base reports.
    • Maintain accurate records of opportunities.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Key Skills and Competencies:

    • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Graphic Design.
    • 2+ years graphic design experience ideally working within an agency, with expertise in corporate content and print design.
    • Skilled in social media, email marketing, and supporting social media post concepts.
    • Ability to interpret briefs, manage minor projects, and handle budgeting responsibilities.
    • Proactive in handling briefs and adapting designs to new formats.
    • Team player with a positive mindset, energy, and problem-solving skills.
    • Quick to switch focus and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
    • Familiarity with internal and corporate communications is an advantage.
    • Knowledge of internal event management is a plus
    • Ensures accuracy and high-quality output.

    Specific Skills:

    • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CANVA, and CapCut.
    • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    BI Analyst

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • You must have the ability to create both standardized and custom reports, analyse the data within and report to the business department on the findings.
    • Assist in the development of standardized tools, methodologies, and various business processes for the purpose of refining operational efficiency and identifying areas for improvement across business KPIs.
    • Possess experience in all stages of BI project work (requirements, design, implementation, testing and deployment)
    • Projects will range from small, distinct pieces of work to long term program engagements
    • You will be expected to deliver quality work on your assigned projects
    • Work with business stakeholders to determine their business information needs and determine the right approach for collecting & presenting data as well as which analytical tool is required.
    • Assist with data collection and processing procedures considering the business requirements and data relationships.
    • Collect, sort, filter, analyse data and interpret the results to look for patterns and determine if the findings answer the business questions and are accurate.
    • Create written reports and/or data visualizations that business stakeholders can use to monitor metrics and make decisions.
    • Initiate and drive continuous improvement of all performance reporting in order to better manage the business.
    • Provide direction regarding patterns, trends, and market analysis to drive business decisions.
    • Writing relational and multidimensional database queries
    • Building, implementing and supporting the BI solutions
    • Assist in problem resolution to the team through problem research

    • You will be working with business to understand requirements and deliver solutions
    • You will be required to research new technologies from time to time, specifically where they relate to the strategic direction of the business, or a current project

    • You will also be required to perform administrative and other ad-hoc functions as and when required by the team

     MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) or Generic Management Level 5 qualification
    • At least 3 years experience as an Business Intelligence Analyst within a call centre environment is essential
    • Prior Accounting/Finance experience is preferred
    • Familiarity with reporting in sales, marketing and other operational departments is required

    Must have solid working experience using the following tools:

    • Microsoft BI Tools (SQL/SSIS/SSRS/SSAS/PowerBI)
    • MySQL
    • R / Python
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Knowledge of business processes and functional areas
    • Possess experience in all stages of BI project work (requirements, design, implementation, testing and deployment)
    • Experience in estimating solution development and delivering solutions against those estimates

    Desktop Support Engineer

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers and peripherals.
    • Provide desktop technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems and application software.
    • Assist with the installation and updates of software applications and operating systems.
    • Document technical procedures and support resolutions for knowledge sharing.
    • Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects and initiatives.
    • Participate in inventory management of IT equipment.
    • Contribute to the development of user guides and training materials.
    • Provide printer support and maintenance.
    • Ability to work after hours when necessary.
    • Provide L2-L3 technical troubleshooting and manage escalated issues.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

    • Matric (Required)
    • A+ or N+ (Required)
    • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
    • Proven experience in a mid-senior Desktop Support role.
    • Working experience in a Contact Centre environment.
    • Advanced understanding of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11)
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office (O365)
    • Knowledge of IT hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
