    Application Specialist

    Requirements of the role:

    Duties:

    • Install, configure, and ensure correct settings for engineering and design applications on user machines.
    • Provide technical guidance and user support for engineering and design applications.
    • Collaborate with Engineering Systems Specialists to develop and maintain system standards and libraries.
    • Contribute to the strategic development of engineering systems and related applications.
    • Drive continuous improvement, extract material take-offs, and generate daily Navisworks 3D models.

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • Engineering qualification in Process, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
    • Design/CAD experience is advantageous.
    • Programming experience (e.g., VBA, C#, SQL) is beneficial.
    • Strong computer skills, with knowledge of CAD applications, relational databases, and spreadsheets.
    • Experience with the AVEVA suite, Microsoft Windows, and networking environments, along with an understanding of integrated design systems and engineering information flow.

    Safety Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the Resident Site Manager to develop the worksite HSSE plan and support the HOD Field Engineer in conducting Task Risk assessments.
    • Aid field personnel in creating safe working method statements and risk assessments as needed.
    • Review documents from construction contractors for compliance.
    • Implement and manage a schedule of HSSE audits and inspections, including regular site and facility checks. Conduct HSSE inspections daily and monthly audits of construction contractors.

    Required Qualification and Experience

    • Minimum of Five (5) years Oil/Gas or petrochemical experience
    • Must have been exposed to the level of a managing contractor
    • Registered CHSO with SACPCMP

    Site Supervisor, Mechanical or Electrical

    Experience:

    • Administration and Support Services: Update procedures and documentation for project improvement; contribute to monthly reports.
    • Contractor and Cost Management: Coordinate construction implementation, manage contractor schedules, ensure engineering integrity, and assist with cost control to stay within budget.
    • Document Control, Quality, and Risk Management: Collaborate with Quality Manager for project quality, manage document control, and assist in risk identification and mitigation.
    • People and Safety Management: Perform line manager duties, manage team performance, ensure legal compliance and safety through inspections, and liaise with ER/IR managers to handle workforce relations.

    Qualifications and Experience: :

    • N Dip: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering ( Essential)
    • Trade: Artisan(Relevant) MQA/QCTO Accredited (Essential)
    • 5 years relevant Project construction exposure (Project Size dependent)

    Site Supervisor Civil

    Duties:

    • Administration & Documentation: Ensure adherence to procedures and contribute to monthly reports; manage and verify redline drawings.
    • Commissioning & Contractor Management: Coordinate construction activities, follow the commissioning sequence, and assist with engineering sign-offs.
    • Cost & Schedule Management: Help Project Managers stay within budget, verify construction activities, and maintain project communication protocols.
    • Risk & Quality Control: Identify and mitigate risks, ensure document control, and focus on delivering quality within project timelines.
    • People & Safety Management: Manage personnel, oversee SHE inspections, and ensure smooth contractor workforce relations.

    Requirements for this role:

    • National Diploma: Civil
    • Trade: Artisan - Civil or Relevant (MQA/QCTO accredited)
    • 5 years of experience in project construction exposure (Project size dependent)
