- Lead, mentor, and oversee the activities of the marketing team, ensuring goals and targets are met. Provide guidance and support to marketers in different regions
GIS Integration
- Utilise GIS technology to analyse market trends, customer demographics, and geographic data to optimise marketing strategies and resource allocation
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and trends. Use data from GIS systems to make informed decisions and tailor marketing campaigns
Campaign Development and Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of all marketing campaigns, including traditional and digital marketing initiatives, to promote the products and services of the Trade and Mechanisation division
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and maintain brand standards in all materials
Collaboration and Coordination

Budget Management
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and tracking return on investment (ROI) for all marketing activities
Digital Marketing
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, website management, email marketing, and online advertising
Reporting and Metrics
- Develop performance metrics and report on the success of marketing campaigns, including insights from GIS data and other market analytics
Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners, to promote the division’s offerings and strengthen relationship
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or a related field
- A combination of marketing experience and knowledge in GIS technology (advantageous)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Experience with GIS software and tools (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) is essential

Responsibilities & Duties
The Internal Auditor will be responsible but not limited to:
- Execution of financial, Risk and / or compliance audits;
- Completing of audit working papers and cross reference accordingly;
- Write audit reports for first level of review;
- Assist with maintenance of the audit procedures & working papers as the processes within the business environment evolves;
- Assist with identification & reporting any additional risks and control weaknesses; and;
- Assist with the general administration of the auditing files and working papers; and
- Other administrative tasks related to the auditing function.
