Responsibilities

• Check company products as per loading sheet and sign
• Adhering to standard departure times
• Take responsibility for vehicle safety and hygiene
• Collect cash from the customers and cash in daily (where applicable)
• Offloading of product at customers
• Report all accidents immediately to the transport department and Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that bread into / out of the cooler is of the right standard.
• Ensure that wrapper equipment is operating correctly (thickness are equal, plastic sizes are correct
• Ensure that correct quick locks are used
• Ensure that correct sell by date is printed accordingly
• Ensure the usage of the clean unbroken crates
• Ensuring all bread is sliced and packaged to meet quality and food safety standards
• Facilitate Invocoms
• Manage corrective discipline of the shift and training of new staff
• Eradication of damages continuously
• Maintain required through-put to dispatch
• Maintaining equipment and troubleshooting any issues that arise
• Ordering of packing material from stores
• Reporting to Production Manager of shift performance and any obstacles timeously

Qualification Requirements

• Grade 12 with numerical ability and PC Literacy

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry with sound knowledge of production and food safety.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ability to control stock and perform full stock-taking procedures
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies on the system and floor.
• Ensure timely and efficient stock movement by following the FIFO (first in first out) process.
• Optimize storage capacity.
• Minimize stock losses and damages.
• Identify areas for improvement.
• Inventory accuracy, all stock put away gets done on time and into the correct locations.
• Inventory levels, monitor buffers to prevent an oversupply on stock in the warehouse.
• Monitor and managing short dated and expired stock.
• Participation and coordination of monthly stock counts.
• Managing physical stock to ensure correct product code, batch number and best before dates are on the products.
• Ensure all pallets in racking have correct bin cards and information recorded correctly.
• Creating of Weekly / Monthly reports on excel for management.

Qualification Requirements

• Matric with Accountancy
• Accounting Certificate or any Inventory qualifications an advantage

Experience Requirements

• Experience in an FMCG environment
• 3 – 5 years’ stock control experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry and Maintenance – Maintain and update master data records, including customer, supplier, product, financial and other critical data.
• Data Quality and Integrity – Monitor and validate data for accuracy, consistency and compliance with company standards.
• Data Governance and Compliance – Enforce data governance policies and standards set by the organization.
• Cross-Functional collaboration – Work closely with departments like finance, sales, Operations and IT to gather data requirement and address data needs.
• Troubleshoot data issues within MDM systems and coordinate with Manager to support when needed.
• To enable automated EDI between Premier and its customers through the accurate mapping and maintenance the governing rules for online orders and invoices.
• Support business after hours as per our MDM SLA’s with our internal customers

Key Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of large chain store and independent accounts
• Resolve customer queries through visits and written communication
• Ensure prompt payment from customers within agreed terms
• Total overdue 60 day and over to remain below 5%
• RM system customer master maintenance – up to date via MDM
• Check validity of customer deductions
• Communication with Customer Managers to obtain necessary authorisation to process claims
• Ensure rebates and promotions are claimed on time from Rebates Department
• Assist in compiling daily and monthly reports
• Releasing of orders

Qualification Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
• A Diploma in Credit Control would be an advantage
