Minimum Qualification Required

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 
• Completed FAIS credits will be beneficial 
• Regulatory Exam – (RE 5)

Minimum Experience

• Proven Sales Management track record
• Solid understanding of Sales systems and applicable processes.  
• 3 - 5 Years’ Management experience in Sales Outbound
• Must have a proven track record of optimising sales

Deliverables include, but will not be limited to

• Effective sales team management
• Responsible for recruitment, selection and placement of new recruits 
• Coaching of Sales Managers: Sales skills, telephone etiquette and product knowledge and development changes.
• Active participation and involvement with regards to new development and changes.
• Effectively manage daily operations
• Motivation of the sales team
• Driving and achieving monthly sales targets
• Creating reports and submitting to General manager
• Conduct disciplinary hearings
• Maintain effective relationship with relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Finance Qualification (BCom Degree or equivalent)

Result Areas

• JDE system processing of management expenses payments.  
• Investigate accounts payable issues as needed.
• Monthly reconciliation of supplier’s accounts.
• Updating fixed asset register on JDE system and processing depreciation journals.
• Fixed Asset reconciling.
• Company Credit card administration.
• Monthly reconciling of Visa Spend System to JDE system (GL). 
• Fleet card administration. 
• New applications, cancellations, and amendments.
• Prepare monthly accrual schedule.
• Quarterly submissions (Reserve Bank and SASRIA)
• Ad Hoc Projects.
