They are interested in someone who is an over achiever; and not just academically but an individual who is involved in societies, member of committees, an individual who constantly wants to develop and upskill themselves and those around them. The ideal incumbent needs to be technically strong and enjoy reporting. 

Education:

• Qualified CA(SA)
• Minimum 1 year post articles experience  
• Retail, FMCG or manufacturing experience would be highly advantageous

• Preparation of annual financial statements
• IFRS compliance 
• VAT and Tax
• Group management accounts
• Budgets and forecasts

• 5+ years of experience using Java, Kotlin and NodeJS
• Solid understanding of version control, containerisation and CI/CD concept
• Identify improvements to the architecture
• Extend and Improve API
• Ability to operate independently
• Familiar with Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web services
