Woodlands Dairy Group is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Group Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities across our dairy operations. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving procurement excellence, optimising supplier relationships, delivering cost efficiencies, and ensuring continuity of supply across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a Group Procurement strategy that supports cost, service, sustainability and growth objectives.
Lead procurement activities across including, raw materials, packaging and indirect spend categories.
Manage strategic supplier relationships, contracts, performance and risk across the Group.
Drive sourcing, tendering and cost-saving initiatives while ensuring governance and procurement compliance.
Partner with Operations, Finance, Planning and Quality teams to ensure continuity of supply and support business objectives.
Lead and develop procurement teams across multiple sites, driving standardisation, capability development and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
Relevant Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or a related field.
Postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.
Professional procurement accreditation (e.g. CIPS) will be advantageous.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years' procurement experience, including multi-site or group environments.
Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management and team leadership.
FMCG experience preferred.
Dairy industry and milk procurement experience will be highly advantageous.
