    Head of Content Creation Conferences

    We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Media division for a successful applicant to provide assistance to the marketing and operations teams, including commercial content loading on digital platforms, social media posting and scheduling, administrative support and liaising with external partners and reporting on marketing campaigns. This offers an opportunity for growth and experience across various disciplines in a multimedia environment.

    Requirements:

    (Qualifications & experience)

    • Degree / Diploma in marketing or similar related degree / diploma
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
    • A good understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
    • Knowledge of CMS – especially WordPress – would be highly advantageous

    Responsibilities:

    • Scheduling and posting of content across multiple social media platforms.
    • Manage publishing and scheduling of content from various external partners – commercial and media - with attention to key brand messaging
    • Administrative support to operations and sales teams
    • Work with commercial partner manager to fulfil partner content obligations
    • Live social media engagement during webinars and events
    • Research competitor advertisers and ensure they are interacted with on a daily basis through the relevant social media channels.
    • Monitor the social media activity and work with marketing manager to grow engagement
    • Create basic banners and images

    Marketing Coordinator: Media

    You will work closely with the Marketing manager, editors and sales teams throughout the process to ensure targets are reached. This is a very creative role in which you will have responsibility for executing innovative international marketing plans, creating internal and external facing collateral and deploying online & offline direct marketing tactics.             

    If you have proven experience and results a content-related business such as a top tier media company – we want to hear from you. We select on criteria determined by skills and character.

    Requirements:

    • Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing Management
    • 2 + years in a B2B marketing role.
    • An excellent understanding of digital marketing techniques
    • Proven track record in executing successful marketing communications, especially through social media
    • LinkedIn guru
    • Experience in creating marketing/sales collateral
    • Proficiency in image editing tools (Photoshop or equivalent)
    • Proven understanding of tracking & reporting of digital analytics
    • Experience in creating in-house advertisements
    • Experience in media industry would be advantageous

    Responsibilities:

    • Help execute marketing strategies for our diverse media products (digital and print) within brand strategies across the portfolio 
    • Copywriting for all promotional and advertising material
    • Assist in developing marketing communications campaigns using all aspects of direct marketing (mailings, email, online, PR, advertising)
    • Create and update regular reports on marketing activities
    • Remain up-to-date with latest communications tools and continuously assess their deployment to improve marketing effectiveness.
