    CRM Executive

    Purpose of the Job

    • The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships through the effective use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at Aramex. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by analyzing customer data, facilitating communication, and supporting marketing initiatives.

    Job Description

    • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for customer records.
    • Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improving customer engagement and satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to enhance loyalty and reduce churn rates.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM activities with company goals and initiatives.
    • Support the execution of marketing campaigns by segmenting customer data and targeting specific customer groups.
    • Monitor customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery and address potential issues proactively.
    • Generate reports and dashboards to track CRM performance metrics, customer trends, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Train and support staff in using the CRM system effectively to enhance customer interactions.
    • Assist in developing and updating CRM processes and best practices to improve overall customer relationship management.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of Aramex’s services and offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and issues related to their accounts, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
    • Participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights and collaborate on customer experience improvement initiatives.

    Job Requirements - Experience and Education
    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in CRM management, customer service, or marketing, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry.
    • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.

    Area Sales Executive

    Purpose of the Job

    • As an Area Sales Executive in Aramex, your primary objective is to drive revenue growth, secure new clients, and building lasting relationships within your assigned area.     Art Director

    Job Description

    • Create and manage the overall design and visual style for ad campaigns, photoshoots, websites and commercial film productions. 
    • Supervise and mentor a group of mid-level and junior designers.
    • Manage multiple briefs and projects for yourself and for your direct reports
    • Study creative briefs and determine requirements
    • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
    • Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriters
    • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Define the visual direction of a campaign and photoshoots

    • Reporting into a Senior Paid Media Manager, you’ll execute performance campaigns across Google, Meta & LinkedIn, drive customer acquisition in new markets, and generate qualified leads for our commercial teams. You won’t just press buttons - you’ll help shape strategy, own the process, and prove what’s possible with smart targeting and lean execution

    Job Description

    • Launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn to generate high-quality leads.
    • Own the campaign lifecycle: from briefing creative to execution, QA, and performance reporting.
    • Collaborate with content, CRM, and commercial stakeholders to align paid campaigns with sales priorities across markets.
    • Optimise campaigns toward cost-per-lead, conversion rate, and lead quality.
    • Execute performance campaigns on Google & Meta focused on new customer acquisition across priority markets like GCC, MENAT, Oceania, and the UK.
    • Manage sign-up focused campaigns using acquisition metrics such as CPA and conversion rate
    • A/B test creatives, audiences, and geographies to find pockets of growth and scale what works.

    Job Requirements - Experience and Education

    • Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification
    • 2-3 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, ideally across both B2B and B2C objectives.
    • Experience with lead generation funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms, or mobile/app campaigns is a plus.
    • Ability to manage campaign assets, track performance, and provide insight-driven reports.
    • Bonus points for agency experience, especially in B2B or ecommerce/app-based performance marketing.
    • Comfortable working across multiple countries and languages (English is essential; Arabic not required but helpful).
