    Senior Graphic Designer - Poetry

    The Opportunity:

    • Poetry is seeking a refined, brand-conscious and commercially aware Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual rollout of marketing campaigns across all touchpoints.
    • This role is central to translating creative direction into beautifully executed, cohesive, and brand-aligned campaign assets. Working closely with the Creative Lead, Art Director and Copywriter, you will bring ideas to life across print, digital, ecommerce, packaging and social ensuring every visual expression reflects the Poetry aesthetic and enhances customer engagement.
    • We’re looking for a designer with a sophisticated eye, exceptional attention to detail, and the confidence to take ownership of campaign execution from concept to final delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Brand Stewardship & Campaign Rollout

    • Lead the visual execution of seasonal campaigns and brand collateral across all channels.
    • Develop and present campaign style guides to ensure alignment and consistency.
    • Maintain and evolve Poetry’s visual language while honouring established brand guidelines.
    • Ensure every asset is visually exceptional, accurate, and on-brand.

    Multi-Channel Design Execution

    • Design across print, packaging, in-store collateral, email, ecommerce, and social media.
    • Apply strong layout, typography and formatting expertise across multiple formats and platforms.
    • Design with commercial awareness — understanding customer mindset and campaign objectives.

    Collaboration & Production

    • Work closely with creative, marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
    • Liaise with printers and production partners to ensure quality output and brand integrity.
    • Incorporate feedback constructively while maintaining high creative standards.

    Ownership & Accountability

    • Take full ownership of timelines and delivery deadlines.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion, retail or lifestyle brands.
    • Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns at scale.
    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential).
    • Strong understanding of print production, packaging and digital design best practice.

    Allocator - Cape Union Mart

    Accounts Receipts Officer

    Job Description

    • Our Finance Team is looking for a dynamic and extremely capable candidate who has the ability to work both independently and with others. Furthermore, strong communicate skills and relationship-building capabilities at all levels will be a great asset.

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Responsibility for daily reconciling of store bank accounts and control accounts
    • Follow up on any discrepancies noted during the reconciliation process and action accordingly
    • Checking of daily cash deposits and petty cash transactions.

    • Allocating of third party payments and transactions, including but not limited to RCS

    Qualifications
