    Admin Clerk

    Job Description

    • Freedom Stationery is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to support warehouse, receiving, and administrative operations at the Cornubia Factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating receiving activities, inventory administration, waste management processes, documentation control, and cross-departmental communication to ensure efficient factory operations and compliance with company standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and administer receiving of local and imported materials.
    • Verify deliveries against relevant documentation and ensure GRVs are processed timeously.
    • Conduct stock counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
    • Liaise with transporters regarding delivery schedules and ETAs.
    • Communicate with Procurement regarding incoming materials and discrepancies.
    • Ensure stock is stacked according to stock codes, height restrictions, and safety regulations.
    • Generate, verify, and file all receiving, dispatch, and compliance documentation.
    • Coordinate waste collections, including invoicing, dispatch book completion, and service follow-ups.
    • Arrange and manage Oricol and Zee Paper collections in line with operational requirements.
    • Generate sales invoices, purchase orders, and gate passes as required.
    • Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Procurement, Production) to align operational needs.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, OHS requirements, and safety standards.
    • Support and guide warehouse staff where required and assist with operational problem-solving.

    Job Requirements
    Minimum Qualifications & Expérience:

    • Grade 12 (Matric).
    • 2–3 years’ experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or receiving environment.
    • Experience working with ERP systems (Syspro preferred).
    • Sound knowledge of receiving documentation and inventory control processes.
    • Understanding of transport regulations and OHS standards.
    • Experience supervising or leading a small team will be advantageous.
    • Forklift license will be an added advantage.

    WMS Clerk

    Job Description

    • Freedom Printpak is seeking a detail-oriented and organised WMS Clerk to support warehouse and factory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate, receiving, capturing, monitoring, and reporting of stock movements within the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Capture all stock receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments accurately on the WMS.
    • Verify system transactions against physical stock movements.
    • Investigate and report stock variances and discrepancies.
    • Generate WMS reports for warehouse and management review.
    • Ensure all documentation is completed, filed, and maintained correctly.
    • Liaise with warehouse, receiving, production, and dispatch teams to ensure accurate data flow.
    • Perform cycle counts and stock takes as required.
    • Maintain accurate master data and system housekeeping where applicable.
    • Comply with all Quality Management System procedures (ISO 9001:2015).
    • Perform any alternative or reasonable duties as instructed by management.

    Job Requirements
    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics administration role.
    • Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is essential.
    • Strong computer literacy (MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems).
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Bendi operator’s licence preferred.

    Receiving Clerk

    About the Role:

    • Freedom Printpak is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Receiving Clerk to join our factory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming materials and ensuring accurate stock control in line with operational requirements and the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials and supplies against delivery notes and purchase orders.
    • Ensure accurate capturing of received stock on the system and maintain proper documentation.
    • Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the relevant supervisor immediately.
    • Ensure correct labelling, storage, and handling of materials in designated areas.
    • Coordinate with procurement, stores, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
    • Conduct stock counts and cycle counts as required.
    • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping within the receiving area.
    • Comply with all Quality Management System procedures (ISO 9001:2015).
    • Perform any alternative or reasonable duties as instructed by management to meet operational needs.

    Job Requirements
    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a receiving, stores, or warehouse environment (manufacturing preferred).
    • Basic computer literacy and experience with stock or ERP systems (SYSPRO) will be an advantage.
    • Good understanding of receiving procedures and inventory control.
    • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
