Job Purpose:
- Serve as the Centre of Excellence for integrated Talent, Performance, and Psychometric Assessment, driving the design and capability-building of initiatives that advance the organization’s talent and performance strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management
- Ownership of the Hollard talent and succession framework and philosophy
- Introduces global talent definitions and pooling strategies and supports execution of all talent and succession activities.
- Establishes and coordinates the integrated talent calendar and key milestones with clarity around roles considering the Leader-led model
- Build HR business partners and capabilities and competence around integrated Talent and Performance strategic intention towards line capacitation and adoption using requisite training guides, toolkits, ongoing coaching and mastery sessions etc
- Design and implement change and communication toolkits for HR and Line managers
Performance Management
- Ownership of the Hollard Performance Management framework, philosophy and policy
- Ensure implementation and adherence to the Group performance management framework and methodology through Human Capital and line manager capacitation
- Utilise change and communication strategies to drive the implementation of a hogh performance culture and utilisation of the performance Management system as a tool
- Build capability of HR business partners through coaching, upskilling, data and process updates etc.

Liaise with HR Shared Services for system support as well as enhancements Psychometric Assessment
- Drive the evolution of the psychometric assessment framework to support talent strategy.
- Build HR and line manager capability for strategic talent assessment utilisation.
- Use reporting insights to inform and improve talent practices.
- Advise on impactful talent development and feedback
Enhance service offerings and mature function STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders through expert Talent and Performance advisory.
- Drive collaboration across HC Advisors, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development to achieve STR outcomes.
- Champion innovation by adopting agile practices and emerging technologies.
Build Talent and Performance capability within HINT/HGR HC teamsREPORTING, GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE
- Ensure robust record-keeping of Talent actions for audit and compliance
- Leverage monthly reporting to inform HR strategy and address key issues.
- Uphold legal, ethical, and data privacy standards across all Talent processes.
- Continuously enhance talent management by adopting leading psychometric tools and practices
- Monitor emerging trends and methodologies to keep the organization agile and future-ready.
- Build Standard Operating procedures for the Talent and Performance, and ensure measures are in place for ongoing maintenance of same.

Required Knowledge and Experience

Job Purpose
- The Automation & AI Solutions Engineer will drive digital transformation across the insurance value chain by designing, automating, and optimising business processes using the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Fabric, Power Platform, M365). The role will further support the development of intelligent web portals, scoring models, and AI agents to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and decision-making. This role will also support strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Process Automation & Optimisation
- Analyse, map, and document end-to-end processes across the insurance value chain.
- Design and implement workflow automation using Azure services, Power Automate, and related Microsoft tools. This includes the design of insurance data models to enable efficient processing & reporting.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose technology-driven improvements.
- Build scalable, secure, and auditable automated solutions aligned to governance standards.
Web Portal & Application Development
- Design and develop user-friendly web portals to support internal teams, customers, or partners.
- Integrate portals with backend systems, APIs, and data sources hosted in Azure.
- Ensure strong UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsiveness in portal design.
Scoring Model Development
- Build, test, and deploy scoring models (risk scoring, underwriting, fraud, operational models, etc.).

AI & Agent Development
- Design and build AI agents to automate interactions, assist workflows, and augment human decision-making.

Job Purpose:
- Reporting directly into the Head: Long-term Corporate Actuarial, the role will be required to work on, provide direction and lead parts of business critical and strategic projects. The role supports and enhances BaU processes. It provides direct support to the Life Corporate Actuary and his direct reporting managers within his team on strategic priorities as and when these arise.

- Assist in embedding the alternative reporting metrics workstreams into the Business Units
Required Knowledge and Experience

- A minimum of 3 years relevant actuarial experience
- Preferably have prior Life Insurance valuation and capital experience
- Preferably been exposed to coding of actuarial models including being familiar with Microsoft Excel/VBA, SQL and/or other open-source coding languages e.g. Python
- Must have a successful track record of having worked on projects and adhoc tasks
