    Business Developer | Aluminum Windows & Hardware | Pretoria

    Business Development

    • Understand the customer’s business
    • Grow basket and spend of assigned customers
    • Manage GP% of assigned customers
    • Grow network and manage distributors
    • Bring on and develop new customers per agreed targets

    Stock

    • Reduce excess/slow moving stock per agreed targets
    • Propose clear and practical recommendations on product development
    • Excellent technical understanding of the industry’s products, the Company’s product portfolio, and the uses of these products to serve in a customer’s business

    Market intel

    • Provide clear, intelligible and relevant feedback on the market plus clear conclusions and tactics to maximize market share, sustainability and profitability
    • Clear plan on fabricator vs distributor network

    People

    • Understand customer’s business and craft an open, communicative and sound relationship
    • Active custodian of the companies core values on a daily basis in all circumstances
    • Clear and consistent feedback to line manager
    • Close working relationship with Internal Sales team

    Requirements

    • Own a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
    • Individual accountability
    • Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Comfortable generating leads, proposing services, and closing deals.
    • Candidate must have demonstrable aluminum window and door hardware industry sales experience

    Benefits

    • Basic - R35,000 depending on experience
    • Incentive policy: 13th and 14th cheques included in December pay run and dependent upon Company and personal performance as measured vs specific KPIs

    Sales Representative - Industrial Laundry | Gauteng

    About the job

    • Salesworx is proud to partner with the exclusive distributor of the world’s leading industrial laundry equipment manufacturer. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to join their team and drive equipment sales in the Gauteng region.
    • A strong sales background is essential. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, coachable, and a natural networker. Potential clients include student residences, hostels, hospitality businesses, food manufacturers, mines, and any organization with on-site laundry operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for all equipment sales in their area.
    • Attend to all website enquiries and quoting on potential new business.
    • Prospecting and developing new business.
    • Identifying and calculating the correct equipment for our customers.
    • Pre-installation and post installation site inspections.
    • Preparing laundry layouts.
    • Area visits on a regular basis to visit key clients and potential new clients.
    • Weekly activity updates and monthly quote updates with the Sales Manager.
    • Daily Salesforce (CRM) updates.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the equipment, industrial, or construction sectors.
    • An understanding of general plumbing and electrical.
    • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Previous experience in B2B sales and relationship management.
    • Basic understanding of the products being sold, which may include heavy machinery, equipment, and related tools.
    • Familiarity with the technical aspects of the equipment, such as plumbing, electrical, or mechanical knowledge, is often beneficial.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present products effectively and interact with clients.
    • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for candidates who have a relevant tertiary qualification in sales, marketing, or a technical field

    Benefits

    • Basic Salary: R20,000 per month
