- Pepkor Speciality has a NEW POSITION available within our Direct Marketing Team for a Customer Campaign Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible mostly for campaign deployment and performance tracking, which support our retail brand’s marketing initiatives through CRM systems for targeted personalised campaigns.
- This role requires a meticulous, performance driven specialist who is passionate about data integrity, reporting accuracy and maintaining streamlined workflows. Qualifications

- Proficiency in campaign management platforms, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of campaign workflows (ad hoc and automated).
- Good understanding of data segmentation and campaign reporting metrics (e.g., open rate, CTR, ROI).
- Working knowledge of POPIA and other compliance regulations.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems (eg. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Sendgrid or mailchimp).
- Proficiency in the latest G Suite packages and Advanced Excel in Microsoft packages

- Manage monthly invoicing and expense processes (WeExpense, SAP).
