    Sales Assistant

    Job Description    

    • Assist the Driver/Salesman in daily delivery of Premier products and where applicable assist the Driver/Salesman in cash and tray collection.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Check company products as per loading sheet and sign
    • Adhering to standard departure times
    • Take responsibility for vehicle safety and hygiene
    • Collect cash from the customers and cash in daily (where applicable)
    • Offloading of product at customers
    • Report all accidents immediately to the transport department and Service Manager.
    • Assist driver with Truck reversing as per company SOP

    Qualification Requirements    

    • Grade 12 or equivalent
    • Code 10 driver’s license and PDP (advantageous)

    Experience Requirements    

    • 1-2 Years’ experience FMCG industry (advantages)

    Working Conditions    

    • Pressurised environment

    Driver Replenishment

    Job Description    

    • Manage allocated load and/or vehicle on assigned route to ensure products are delivered without incurring any damages.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare vehicle for trip and operate heavy-duty vehicle
    • Handle required documentation and perform ancillary duties.
    • Follow all other reasonable instructions from the Manager
    • Adhere to all applicable SOP’s and safety procedures
    • Follow the reporting procedure of emergencies and defects/ breakdowns
    • Housekeeping of vehicle
    • Adhere to AARTO rules at all times

    Qualification Requirements    

    • Matric
    • Valid Code 14 driver’s licence with PrDP

    Senior Buyer

    Job Purpose:

    • To optimise the Premier Supply chain through the execution of strategic procurement processes in collaboration with our suppliers and internal customers to ensure cost-effective, timely, and high-quality product availability.

    Job Objectives:

    • Actively negotiate and manage supplier contracts, ensuring optimal collaboration, reliability, and value delivery.
    • Foster continuous improvement of supplier performance through ongoing management and monitoring in line with agreed SLA terms.
    • Ensure high-quality raw materials/packaging materials by collaborating with Research and Development and Packaging Development to ensure correct specifications and sourcing in line with agreed requirements.

    • Adhere to procurement and relevant policies, ensure alignment with BBBEE goals and regulatory standards, and adhere to all Food Safety requirements.
    • Support healthy working capital by negotiating sustainable minimum order quantities and pricing, achieving cost savings, and optimising financial resources.

    Qualification Requirements    

    • B. Com degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Cost Accounting (Essential)

    Experience Requirements    

    • 5-7 years of experience as an FMCG Senior Buyer
    • 5-7 years of experience in supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
    • 5+ years of analytical experience, preferably in the FMCG sector
    • 5+ years of experience in packaging procurement, including film packaging
    • 1-2 years of product development project experience (Desirable)

    Artisan Mechanic

    Job Description    

    • To do daily repairs, C.O.F preparation and general repairs to vehicles.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure high quality of work going back to the sites
    • Ensure that all work carried out complies with the Road Transport Act, and premier`s quality standards.
    • Ensure that quotes are done as accurate as possible first time
    • Keep record on maintenance and inspections
    • Identify problems with fuel injection

    Qualification Requirements    

    • Must have a technical N3 in Mechanical.
    • Must be a qualified Diesel Mechanic
