    Sales Representative

    • Sourcing and establishing new clients;
    • Maintaining business relationships;
    • Maintain a strong customer service attitude;
    • Assist and resolving queries in the operations and accounts department as and when required;
    • Developing and presenting proposals for potential and existing clients;
    • Providing training and assist customers with the Company track and online website
    • Achieving monthly budgets; Both Existing and New business budget
    • Completing daily CRM report;
    • Ensure all clients are visited within 40 days;
    • Growing existing business and cross selling with existing clients;
    • Assisting the debtors department with collection of outstanding monies as and when required;
    • Printing of waybills and labels, if required;
    • Innovating new business opportunities;
    • General contribution towards sales team;
    • Assistance in the customer service department as and when required;
    • Dealing with all relevant warehouse queries in a friendly and courteous manner;
    • Ensure that timeous quotes are given to all customers and that they are accurate and up to date;

    Bakery Supervisor

    Supervisor will direct and manage the activities at a bakery by overseeing the work of employees, ordering supplies, making schedules and marketing products. In addition to those duties and responsibilities, bakery managers need to have the knowledge and skills to bake cakes, breads and pastries.
    List of Key Responsibilities

    • A bakery manager supervises all the departments and ensures that a proper coordination is maintained in order to facilitate proper service delivery.
    • A bakery manager is expected to keep a tab on the quality of materials purchased and baked.
    • He/she is responsible for the layout of the showcase and the products to be put on the display.
    • He/She is responsible for daily sales report and calculate profit or loss before sending the reports to the Store manager.
    • The bakery manager also handles the queries and complaints of the customers and provide resolutions to avoid any inconvenience.
    • The overall productivity of a bakery is solely dependent on the mutual efforts of the staff.
    • He/she is responsible for team effectiveness management.
    • Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment
    • Perform all other related duties as assigned by management
    • Assign work to, direct the work of and train Department personnel
    • Manage department operations in accordance with established department standard practices
    • Develop and lead a retail sales team to provide customer service at the highest level in all areas
    • Works with other department managers and Chef team to effectively deliver results

    • Capable in managing the operations professionally and handling all the problems confidently
    • Skilled in identifying scope for expansion by analyzing the market trends and implementing growth strategies effectively
    • Skilled in motivating the staff to follow and achieve the desired results through cooperation and teamwork
    • Able to prepare and/or review sales reports to track the profit or loss and suggest measures to cut down costs and enhance profits
    • Knowledgeable with various applications used for billing and data processing related to the bakery operations
    • Able to work for long hours and on weekends

    Marketing Assistant

    •     Assisting the National Marketing Manager with day to day functions

    •     Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality and
