    Finance and Insurance Manager - Mazda/Ford/Tata/Chery

    Purpose

    • This is a key role that provides support to the dealership network by providing an efficient service to customers and the dealership through vehicle finance and the sale of approved products to maximise gross profit while ensuring that all training, fit & proper, honesty and integrity requirements of the Financial Service Board (FSB) are upheld.

    Minimum Experience

    • 3 years’ experience in a similar role with a customer services focus within the Automotive Retail Industry or Banking environment.

    Minimum Qualification

    • Grade 12 /Matric and with a relevant diploma.
    • Credit Management Diploma will be advantageous.
    • In addition, a Regulatory Exam, NC Accreditation, Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with minimum 120 credits

    Team Leader Banking and Cash

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • The Cashbook Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day management, control, and accuracy of all bank accounts and cashbook processes within M-SURE’s Finance Operations department.
    • This role ensures that all banking activities, cash movements, and reconciliations are accurately recorded, controlled, and aligned to operational requirements.
    • The role operates as the primary execution and first-level review layer for cashbook, treasury, and banking activities, with a strong focus on data integrity, liquidity management, and control.
    • The role forms part of an integrated Debtors and Cashbook function and contributes to the overall delivery and performance of Finance Operations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Bank Account Administration:

    • Manage daily monitoring of all bank accounts
    • Review transactions, balances, and bank activity
    • Ensure accounts are functioning and controlled
    • Serve as a liaison between our entity, underwriters and banking partners

    Liquidity & Cash Flow Management:

    • Monitor daily cash positions and funding requirements
    • Prepare and submit funding (top-up) requests
    • Escalate liquidity risks

    Payments & Bordereaux Processing:

    • Prepare and review daily payment files and bordereaux
    • Validate accuracy and completeness before approval

    Premium Collections:

    • Review debit order collections and bulk files
    • Ensure no duplication or failures
    • Resolve rejected transactions

    Cashbook & Reconciliations:

    • Oversee daily and month-end cashbook preparation
    • Review bank reconciliations and resolve recon items
    • Ensure audit-ready documentation

    Team Leadership:

     Cross-Functional Support & Collaboration:
