THE ROLE

A reputable advisory and consulting concern is looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and client assignments. The successful candidate will also assist in the development and execution of the audit plan as well as prepare a comprehensive three-year rolling plan for clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for general reviews, implementation of training and continuously monitoring internal audit operations.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

• BCom Honors in Internal Audit
• CIA/CISA/CPA completed

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• At least 7 years’ experience in a similar industry
• Small to medium size audit firm experience is preferred
• Experience in managing and coordinating audit teams of various sizes
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Results oriented and deadline driven
• Ability to build rapport at all levels
