Job Description

• Supporting of all OUTsurance’s in-house programs,
• Keep abreast of the latest technology in the industry, both Hardware and Software.
• Support of basic voice enquiries Support of all (desktop) Microsoft Applications
• Ability to guide Staff members on technical issues
• Technical knowledge sharing amongst all support team members and ensuring effective communication within the rest of the team
• Build a relationship with the users and ensuring that the customer’s needs are met,
• Preventative maintenance Administration – Procedures.

Qualifications

Take note to qualify for an INSETA Internship program you need to: 

• Be a South African citizen 
• Not previously part of an internship/learnership with INSETA 
• Be between the ages of 18 & 35 
• Unemployed in the last 2 months 
• Information Technology/Information Systems
• Diploma in Information Technology (3-4 years qualification)
• Or relevant IT qualification (degree and/ or diploma)
• A+ Certificate

Job Description

• The Claims department requires an intern to support and assist in Motor Assessing team with day-to-day activities. We are seeking a motivated detailed orientated individual to join our team. this internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands on experience in the Motor Assessing field. The ideal candidates must have a passion for people and delivering awesome service in a deadline orientated environment.
• The internship is a structured work-based program, affording unemployed graduates work experience in our company. The successful applicants will enter into a 12-month fixed term Internship agreement with the company and receive a stipend.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent
• 1 year certificate or higher in the Automotive/Mechanical or related qualification field
