Description
Valenture Institute is looking for a strong CRM manager to help nurture and convert leads into learners. This role is for a tech-savvy individual who is looking to use their experience to drive innovative strategies across onboarding communications, lead nurturing campaigns, newsletters and other forms of data-driven direct marketing.
You’ll work as a fundamental part of the marketing leadership team and would be expected to have complete ownership of your responsibilities. If you’re looking for the freedom to implement your own effective strategies, without the hassle of being micro-managed then this job is for you.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Mapping out the CRM funnel and touch points
Defining the data be captured on each user and lead capture forms
Owning the direct marketing channels in their entirety
Working with Digital Marketing Manager to improve conversion rate from lead to learner
Conceptualization and implementation of direct marketing campaigns
Database management including the growing, cleaning and segmenting of subscribers
Work with admissions, design, digital marketing and education teams to build out user personas and implement strategies to drive individualized marketing
In-depth understanding of POPIA and GDPR
Defining and reporting on all KPIs
Requirements
Strong understanding of all CRM equations including the forecasting of new subscribers and defining of optimal database engagement
In-depth understanding of tracking the CRM funnel and implementing automated strategies to motivate downward movement
CRM trends and the eagerness to test new channels and strategies
Concrete knowledge of Email Marketing and best practices
Knowledge of HTML and API integrations is highly beneficial
Previous experience with Salesforce and Klaviyo is highly beneficial

Valenture Institute is looking for a strong Marketing Operations Manager to keep their finger on the pulse across all marketing activities. This role is for an individual with high attention to detail and a strong will to run a well-oiled marketing machine.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
Implement and oversee holistic marketing reports
Project management of all marketing activities including the creation of campaigns and marketing collateral
Working with channel managers to support the execution of cross-channel campaigns and tracking
Implementing a regular cadence of meetings and running the daily stand-up meetings
Keep up-to-date documentation on all marketing information, including case studies, split test results and past campaign performance
Drive cross-departmental collaboration
Requirements
Strong understanding of all marketing equations, including the calculation of full funnel metrics
Concrete project management experience, including capacity planning
In-depth understanding of meeting management, including the ability to drive interaction across digital meetings
Previous experience in Asana is highly beneficial

Valenture Institute is looking for strong Digital Marketing Manager to help grow demand and leads with the objective of converting them into learners. This role is for a tech-savvy, out-of-the-box thinking individual who is looking to use their experience to drive innovative acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
The continues development of performance marketing strategies to drive down cost-per-acquisition
Management of all digital marketing channels
Working with the data-science team to effectively build first-party audiences to be used across all platforms and channels
Complete management of paid marketing budget, team/and or agency members
Implementation, management, and ownership of performance tracking tools (GA360, Data Studio, etc)
Working with design studio to continuously develop campaigns based on performance objectives
Continuous split-testing to drive down CPC and improve conversion rates and ultimately CPAs
Work with admissions, design, CRM and education teams to build out user personas and implement strategies to drive individualized marketing
Defining and reporting on all KPIs
Requirements
Strong understanding of all digital marketing equations with the ability to predict performance based on current trends
In-depth audience building knowledge along with solid ability to map out tracking requirements
Digital marketing trends and the eagerness to test new channels and audiences (ie, TikTok)
Concrete knowledge of SEO and organic search strategies
