Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance on all mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions

- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency

Qualifications and Experience
- National Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all AN Bagging activities during the shift to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality output
- Ensure continuous plant availability and optimal machine utilization
- Execute daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer and business requirements
- Monitor process parameters and ensure immediate corrective action for deviations.
- Lead shift handovers and maintain accurate production and downtime records
- Enforce compliance with all Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) procedures
- Conduct shift safety talks, toolbox meetings, and risk assessments
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe operating procedures
- Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions promptly
