    F&B Services_Food & Beverage Supervisor

    As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you bring a heightened level of ambition, a results-driven mindset, and a deep passion for enhancing the dining experience to our dynamic F&B Team.

    • Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
    • Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
    • Supports the delivery on plans and objectives where food & beverage initiatives & hotel targets are achieved.
    • Supervises the food & beverage team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department.

    Procurement_ Receiving Clerk

    • You will exude patience, and have the personality to take own the storeroom
    • As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure stock control and the smooth running of stock receiving and the storeroom
    • Receive and unload incoming shipments from vendors and carriers
    • Inspect deliveries for damage, accuracy, and compliance with purchase orders
    • Verify quantities and product details against packing slips and invoices
    • Record received goods into inventory management systems
    • Label, tag, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
    • Communicate discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to supervisors
