    Rental Administrator

    About the role:

    • As a Rental Administrator, you will provide crucial support to the rental team leads, rental agents, and property managers. Your responsibilities will encompass various leasing functions, including administrative tasks related to applications, lease agreements, relocation facilitation, early termination of leases, and lease renewals. You will uphold quality standards in application processing, ensuring strict adherence to qualifying criteria and safeguarding against bad debt risk and collection issues.

    • We are looking for a dynamic self-starter with at least 1 year of experience in leasing, administration, or a relevant property-related role, who thrives in challenging situations. A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service is essential, along with attention to detail and a solid understanding of the laws governing residential leasing.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS The following education is required:

    • Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification 

    The following experience is required: 

    • 1 years’ experience in leasing, administration or a relevant property related role.
    • Working knowledge of the laws governing residential leasing 
    • A track record of excellent customer service
    • Proficiency in English. The ability to comprehend, speak and write Afrikaans or isiXhosa is advantageous

    Facilities Manager (Tenant Installations)

    The Job

    • We are looking for a Facilities Manager who specialises in Tenant InstallationsYou would oversee and manage all installation processes for all our property portfolios. You would work closely with the leasing team, property managers and contractors to ensure the installations are done and completed and within budget and on schedule.

    What Sets You Apart

    • We are seeking highly motivated individuals with at least 5 - 7 years’ experience in a facilities management role within a tenanted residential property environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.

    Requirements

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification as a built environment professional either in Project Management or Construction Management, or related fields

    The following experience is required:

    • Experience managing medium or large projects from initiation to delivery.
    • At least five years’ experience in property management sector
    • Experience in construction project management
    • Experience in cost estimating, budgeting, and feasibility assessments for development projects
    • Strong project management skills with experience overseeing multiple installation projects simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and relevant safety regulations.
    • Experience managing contractors and vendors, including procurement and contract negotiations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
    • Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting and cost control.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
