Develops, manages and maintains customer support plans for strategic key customers in Angola and Mozambique and works with stakeholders in the business to achieve expected results and deliver value for the customers
Manages accounts receivable deliverables including payment terms negotiation in Angola and Mozambique
Provides leadership and mentoring to less experienced sales representatives and counter sales specialists
Achieves sales targets for dealers in Angola and Mozambique as well as ensuring customer satisfaction
International travel up to 45% of the time and manage the performance of channel partners and dealers in Angola and Mozambique

We are looking for a talented Africa Middle East Trade Compliance Manager to join our team specializing in Logistics for our C orporate/Cummins Business Services Segment in Johannesburg, Waterfall Commercial Park South Africa.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Support the expansion and growth of Cummins’ business in Africa/Middle East region.
Act as an internal consultant on customs matters for all Cummins entities in the region.
Evaluate customs compliance at all Cummins sites in the region and work with sites to improve processes and mitigate risks.
Identify and lead process improvement and cost reduction projects.
Ensure that all sites maximize the benefit from available export incentive programs, special economic zones and other cost mitigation programs.
Act as a liaison point with third parties such as governmental Customs agencies and customs agents.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Experience in a similar role working for a foreign owned MNC or Professional advisory firm with import/export operational processes and related customs procedures.
Good comprehension of transfer pricing regulations and protocols pertaining to customs valuations and year-end adjustments
Knowledge of tax deferment mechanisms e.g. free trade zone or bonded warehouse establishment, management and compliance
Experience with customs/trade related software suites e.g. SAP GTS, Amber Road, Deloitte DESMAT or similar systems would be an advantage

Diesel Fitter qualification in building QSK78 engine model.
More than 4 years of experience in rebuilding zero hour QSK78 engines.
Knowledge and experience in Standard Repair Time (SRT) for engine models especially QSK78 engine.
Knowledge and experience in conducting fault finding, analysis and repair.
Knowledge and experience in Right First Time.
Knowledge and experience in rebuilding other engine models like QSK60, QSK50, QSK38, QST30, K2000 and K1800.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Must have rebuild more than 30 zero hour QSK78 engines. Knowledge in the key steps to follow in a zero hour rebuild of a QSK78 engine.
Ability to conduct engine failure analyses and writing failure reports for customers. Thereafter generate quotations to customers.
Ability to generate Quality Inspection Report which includes failure codes, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventative actions.
Knowledge and experience in the common failure codes when dyno testing a zero hour QSK78 engine.

Generator & EPC experience, 5-10 years
Designing and execution experience within a construction environment, 5-10 years
