    Training Administrative Intern - Tygervalley, CPT

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with scheduling training sessions, workshops, inductions, and meetings
    • Prepare training registers, attendance sheets, materials, certificates, and feedback forms
    • Capture and update training data, learner records, attendance registers, and completion records
    • Support communication with employees, learners, facilitators, service providers, and stakeholders
    • Assist with booking venues, arranging refreshments, preparing training rooms, and supporting virtual training sessions
    • Maintain organised training files and documentation for audit and reporting purposes
    • Assist with compiling training reports, statistics, and general administration
    • Respond to training-related queries and provide administrative support to the Training / Learning and Development team

    Requirements

    • Completed or studying towards an N6, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, Training, or Learning and Development
    • Must require workplace experience or be seeking internship experience
    • Must be currently unemployed
    • Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

    Senior Sales Generator (2IC)

    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    As the Senior Sales Generator (2IC), you’ll play a critical role in the day‑to‑day success of the store by:

    • Driving sales performance through customer engagement and conversion
    • Acting as second‑in‑charge in the Store Manager/Supervisor’s absence
    • Leading by example on the sales floor
    • Coaching and motivating the team to hit daily and monthly targets
    • Upholding visual merchandising and brand standards
    • Assisting with stock control, shrinkage prevention, and housekeeping
    • Ensuring service excellence at all times

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the Store Manager/ Supervisor in achieving sales targets, KPIs, and store profitability
    • Lead, motivate, and support the store team to deliver excellent customer service
    • Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures
    • Ensure effective stock control, stock loss prevention, and merchandising standards
    • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
    • Support staff training, onboarding, performance management, and discipline where required
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
    • Step into the Manager on duty MOD (Manager on Duty) role when required

    Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12 preferred
    • Minimum 2+ years’ retail experience, with at least 1 year in a key-holder/supervisory capacity/role
    • Proficient in MS Office and retail management systems (POS)
    • Strong understanding of cash handling, stock management, and retail administration
    • Good working knowledge of retail policies, procedures, and compliance
    • Proven experience managing customer service, staff, stock, and sales
    • Excellent organisational and planning skills
    • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
