PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The purpose of this role is to lead Finance activities and to oversee and manage financial performance and resources to ensure financial stability, efficiency, and profitability. This position will play a crucial role in helping business units achieve their financial goals and objectives. This includes providing specialist accounting and financial support services to group companies forming part of the Hyperclear Technology group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Management:
- Creating and implementing financial plans that align with the organisation's strategic objectives.
- Identify financial risks, such as market fluctuations, credit risks, and liquidity issues, and develop risk management strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Cash flow forecasting and planning. Ensure that we maintain adequate cash flow to meet our operational needs. This includes managing cash reserves, monitoring cash inflows and outflows, and optimise working capital.
- Control costs and improve cost efficiency. Involve identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Compliance. Ensuring that companies comply with financial regulations, accounting standards, tax laws and BEE requirements. Stay up to date with regulatory changes and ensure the organisation's financial practices are in line with these requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication. Interact with various stakeholders, including investors, creditors, auditors, and regulatory agencies, to provide transparency and maintain trust.
Accounting Functions:
- Monthly Management Accounts and Business Unit reporting
- Forecast planning and financial year budgeting.
- Mid-term revised budgets.

- Oversee the banking relationship with external bankers.
- VAT and income tax returns and reconciliations to relevant authorities

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Debtors functions processes and output by providing service in the areas of Account Receivables, Short Term Cash-Flow, and contribution to the management of the company’s assets. PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Sales Operations Leads purpose is to support the Demand Team by managing the processes, tools, and technologies that are used resulting in a more productive and efficient team. This is primarily an operational role, and the Sales Operations Lead is required to utilise his / her knowledge and understanding of overall business and commerce to support the execution of Hyperclear Tech business strategy through the Sales functions, including:
- Initiate and draft commercial contracts in line with Company standards.
- Support SMEs with proposal documentation.
- Identify, mitigate, manage and report potential and existing commercial risks.
- Report contracted sales revenue.
- Communicate, negotiate and engage with internal / and or external stakeholders.
- Maintain overall responsibility for systems, processes, procedures, material and administration relevant to the support function and continuously work to improve these items.
This person will need to have excellent project management and interpersonal skills. Experience in working with data and CRM platforms will be an advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commercial Coordination: Coordination of commercial process and critical thinking provided to:
- Driving out RFP submissions.
- Delivering outcomes through others and holding them accountable.
- Support SMEs with proposal drafts by providing appropriate templates/pricing and commercial information.

- Essential that this individual can identify blockers and recommend solutions to improve the process.
- Streamlining and optimising the sales process:
- This individual will be responsible for periodically reviewing the sales processes to ensure they are fit for purpose and can scale as the business grows.
- They will be responsible for proposing and implementing changes to improve efficiencies.
Manage sales tools and technologies:
- The Sales Operations Leads will be responsible for managing existing sales tools and for the sourcing, selection and implementation of sales automation tools as and when needed.
- They will ensure the demand team has the tools they need to succeed by periodically evaluating usage and capability of the tools.
Data Management:
- Responsible for the management of contact lists, ensure that CRM data is up to date, regularly audit data for consistency, setup automations, and manage custom fields and data for the team.
Sales Forecasting:
- Manage input into CRM and ensure systems are up to date with the latest information that is needed for accurate forecasting.
- Responsible for forecasting and data analysis that provides valuable insight into the team’s performance.
Sales Mandate:
- Manage the sales mandate process, hold team accountable to requirements and ensure the mandates are well understood.
Standards and Documentation:
- In conjunction with the Head of Demand set up standards and supporting documentation to support overall understanding of what is required by the team thus reducing confusion and increasing speed of adoption of new processes and standards.
Knowledge Management:
- Management of how information is created, collected, stored and access for sales in terms of artefacts, RFP supporting documentation, contract templates, case studies, infographics, etc.
